Bathing Solutions were one of the first companies to specialise in the supply and installation of bathrooms specifically designed for the mature customer. Many of our products are made in our own UK factory. Today, we are probably the largest company in the market place through dedication, professionalism and commitment to our customers. We pride ourselves on being able to make a real difference to the lives and well-being of our customers. We have designed and installed bathing solutions for many thousands of customers and every day we receive praise and endorsement from them for the quality of our products and the service we provide – most especially the fitting and installation. YOU DIDNT. I wouldn't touch this company so beware future customers. See my report under the bad reviews. An absolutely awful experience from beginning to end. They took over 8 weeks to sort things out and even now I am still waiting for some clips. I have told them to forget it and I got a private person in to fix this. I did get compensation from them after many phone calls and letters. Like trying to get blood out of a stone!! Please take care when using this Company. Read the bad reviews. Although you were happy with the initial installation, we are aware some issues arose with certain items at a later date. How come I had such a very bad experience but the rest of your reviews were very good. Why couldn't I have had the installers that these people had instead of the ones I got. The whole process has been extremely stressful and not the exciting experience I had hoped for. Make sure you get the installers that are mentioned here. Beware of anyone else.

After sales service non existent - 3 telephone calls requesting a site visit to repair a broken handle - a safety issue with my disability - have produced zero response.

The overall service received by Rob (the fitter) was very much appreciated. He was hard working, courteous, trustworthy and polite. The overall service received by the company was poor.

I've recently had a shower installed from Bathing Solutions (the bath has gone!) and I was very impressed from start to finish! I was kept up to date all the way and I'm so pleased with the installation carried out by Keith, he really worked hard and did a really grand job! The parts and fittings for the shower seem to be of good quality too. So thanks to all at Bathing Solutions, it's been a pleasure dealing with you!

Beautiful bathroom refitted with care and attention by Andy and Debbie. Can't fault it in any way. Only problem was a supplier problem with the manufacturer of the shower doors as when the installers opened the box some fittings were missing. Quickly resolved though. Well done. Highly recommended. I requested a brochure and they kept phoning me. As I am converting my garage to a disabled bathroom, (I have Planning and a full set of drawings plus a measurable space.) I thought I should get them to measure up so I know that the services would be in the correct space and my configuration was OK for disabled use. They had a picture in their brochure of exactly what I wanted. I wanted it professionally fitted. They refused to give me a quote or even look at it.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide an accurate quote without any existing plumbing services installed as we would not be carrying out the building work. Thank you for this opportunity to submit a review. Bathing Solutions has not made me happy. In fact I am very unhappy! It's hard to take in that I've spent nearly £14,000 on a new bathroom, and I still can't get in and out of my new bath. The seat does not move and my heated towel rail does not heat - is this an electrical or installation problem? At the time of ordering back in May, I was assured someone would come and check the work of installation. As recently as last Monday we rang your company to lodge a complaint, to be informed that a Project Manager would ring to make an appointment to come in and inspect the works. A working week has gone by and we're still waiting. We're holding our breath......!

From the start of the process from the survey to the installation everyone was very professional with a very high standard of customer care .The man that carried out the installation did it to a very high standard with the minimum of mess .He consulted us throughout the process and was sensitive to the needs of the elderly and disabled highly recommended

Keith the installation man was brilliant at what he did, worked hard continually all day, could not have had a better person and so kind. Everything went fine and very pleased with the new bathroom. Jasmin who was the lady that managed the project was also very very helpful and cooperative over the phone. Overall could not have expected a better service from Bathing Solutions.

Although the fitter was travelling a lot each day and therefore not an early start,his work was very good.It did take 9days with 2 days off but a good end product.

I seem to be the unlucky customer amongst the glowing reports. I placed my order on Decr 5th but the bath was not fitted until Jany 23rd after two postponements. I was not able to use my previous bath during this time. After one bath the hot water system failed (not BS fault) but it was not repaired until Feby 8th. The fitting took eleven hours done on one day and was very well finished, clean and tidy by pleasant, helpful fitters. But unfortunately there was slight damage to my existing shower which was old. My complaint therefore is about the administration and apparent lack of sympathy for an 88 year old person needing frequent baths because of a medical condition. Why can't you fix the fitting date when the order is placed, adhere to the date and have a quick repair service?

The installer worked very hard and put in long hours. Nevertheless, the installation ran over into a fifth day.
