“No one picks up the phone. Delivery dates are very unclear - 1 place it said 10 days, another place it said 1-2 days. I need my bath asap. No clear delivery date given - dreadful service.”

Hi, apologies you are unhappy with the service you have received. Once an order is processed, we contact our customers to advise a delivery date. If you email us your order ref , we can advise an exact date for you asap. Please be assured we do answer calls, sometimes if our lines our busy they will divert to an answerphone and we do answer all messages.

“The bath tub is quality. But the panel is absoloutely terrible and not worth buying, it doesn't stay in place and for what you pay for it as an extra is a rip off. It's not even straight, it's bent. Came off within two days of putting on. A professional even fitted on. The delivery driver tried to leave the bath outside and we paid extra for delivery. The lady that had emailed me with NO ETA her name was Ameena from, Bathcenter Unit 21/22 Storforth Lane Trading Est Chesterfield S41 0QQ Poor customer service, doesn't know how to speak to people. I don't recommend there bath panels or delivery service. Not worth it. RIP OFF”

“Ordered sink unit as part of a run of units, main description states it is 550mm wide, as does the box the unit came in, separately to the actual sink. However, on fitting the unit I discovered the cabinet is only 515mm wide and its the sink that's 550mm. On further investigation on the website the real dimensions are given further down. I've now had to pay a further £150 for a larger WC unit to avoid any gaps. No joy from customer servuces. The main page is midleading.”

“We ordered a complete bathroom suite including a 1675mm Carron bath. Everything was checked for damage before the fitter was booked. We went away for a week while the bathroom was being fitted. Upon return, I asked the fitter why he had to put a plastic filler at the one end of the bath and he replied "because you ordered the wrong size bath". I have measured the bath and it measures 1650mm. Absolutely disgraceful! My order clearly states 1675mm and your confirmation email states 1675mm, so why did you send a 1650mm bath???? Who would ever think we would need to measure that the correct bath size had been sent?”

“The service I received was awful. Delivery times not respected, part of the order missing, difficult to get someone at the company to accept responsibility to get the order delivered. I am surprised that I am being asked to comment on my experience with this company.”
