“When we first inquired about a custom curved bath panel and installation, we were a bit hesitant as it seemed quite expensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and it proved to be a much more cost-effective option than replacing the entire bath, which was the only alternative offered by other stores as they could not identify the original make. The service we received was fast and efficient, and the installation was impeccable. Both the store and the installer went out of their way to ensure that we got exactly what we needed. They even took the initiative to question our initial choice of color, and sent us a swatch to ensure that it was the right one. While we have seen some mixed reviews, our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received. Thank you!”

“We purchased a bath panel together with a toilet seat just under a year ago and whilst the panel was of good quality and has enhanced the bathroom, the seat has not lasted, it is of very poor quality and I have had to repair the fixings several time. I have emailed the Company via various routes several times since early February and to date have not received a reply! Very Poor Customer Service in my view.”

“I ordered a bath panel only to find that the legs on my bath bow out so the panel could not fit. I contacted customer service who told me to cut the legs off my bath! These legs support it off the floor. I returned the bath panel in accordance with the T&Cs on the website, sent proof of delivery. I have tried emailing, calling (which states all operators are busy and hangs up) and messaging and no-one will return my call and even after 30 days of return I have had no refund.”

“Hi Alan, I wanted to send you an email of thanks, so many people are quick to complain but it’s not often that people give out praise when it is due. My wife and I are so pleased with the Bath panelling, we had been struggling to find a suitable replacement as no one stocks the type of panel we needed. We are extremely pleased with the style you recommended and it looks fantastic now it has been fitted. Paul was extremely professional, friendly, working in a fairly restrictive environment. His quality of workmanship has enhanced our bathroom with a first class job. He kept us informed throughout the fitting, so that we were able to understand how your product was fixed into place. “Really helpful service from Bath Panel Store when we had to buy bespoke size bath panels. We ordered the Matt White and were kept up to date on production and delivery timescales. The bath panels arrived when expected and were in perfect condition. Really pleased with the product and service from Bath Panel Store, highly recommended. Our bathroom now looks terrific. “Ordered some marine ply from what I assume was a sister company, order confirmed and order delivery note received. All good so far, but that's the last time I've heard from them. Repeated unanswered emails enquiring about order delivery (to Marine Ply Store) , the telephone line dropped after 10 minutes of hanging on listening to a prerecorded message, but I did get 2 computer-generated mails asking me to log in first to Marine Ply Store and another to Bath Panel Store, but they didn't work. Tried the 'live chat' option but that didn't elicit any response Tempted to give up but will keep trying. If MPS or BPS are reading this, please just get in touch and let me know when I can expect my order. I'd rather not get my card provider to cancel or blacklist them.”

“Like the review from Mrs Jones , I’m not sure how this store has had so many negative reviews. I have searched and searched for a corner bath panel in coffee but as my bath is quite old no-one appears to make them anymore. I had no problems. Ordered a custom made panel online, had a confirmation email of the order. The next day, had another email to let me know it had entered the “manufacturing” stage, and another a few days later to let me know of the date and time of delivery by DX. It arrived 2 days after the given date but I was emailed to say the exact date it would arrive. It arrived extremely well-packaged and without problems. I did insist the delivery driver waited while I opened and checked the contents as SO MANY negative reviews and the email from the company advised this. It is in situ and looks great. Time will tell how it will 'weather' but I am really pleased with it so far, So don't be put off by all the negatives, I very nearly was but am glad I decided to risk it.”

“I’m only giving this company 1 star as I can’t give them 0 stars. My bath panel did arrive in a reasonable time and that is the only positive. The panel was damaged on one corner which I was happy to let go as I needed to cut to length anyway. The biggest issue with condition was that it was seriously warped. I wanted to fit the panel without any visible fixings which is impossible with the warped panel. I sent photos via email and asked for a part refund or a replacement and I have never heard back off them. I have followed up with further emails just to be ignored. So I’m stuck with a panel I paid top money for that I’m not going to use. PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!”

“Spent ages looking for a black bath panel and was delighted to find this supplier. Unfortunately, the bath panel arrived damaged and some sections faded. Now unable to get hold of anyone either via the phone or email and we have the fitter here for this week only. Really want to be able to give this seller 5*, if they actually hold up their side of the guarantee and can help me asap!”

“Paid extra for Saturday delivery only to find out from the courier on that Saturday they don’t deliver weekends!! Emailed for refund on the delivery but same as everyone else, no response. Panel was also damaged but I’m not even going to waste my time and effort trying to get it replaced. I was going to purchase another item to go with the bath panel but will never use again. I guess they work on no repeat custom but how long is that sustainable?? I would avoid.”

“Panel arrived damaged on two corners. The waterproof strip was the wrong size and damaged. I had to email several times before I was contacted by Brendan. He asked for photos which I sent to him. I also stated that I could hide the damaged corners under the bath lip. I just wanted e replacement waterproof strip that fitted the panel and intact. He didn't bother to reply. I've sent emails, all ignored!! Top dollar for damaged goods that are not replaced. Would NEVER recommended them.”

“Despatch fast but goods delivered not as ordered. No response from customer service, which is generally poor. Impossible to contact by phone or chat and responses to emails very patchy. They seem to have several email accounts and a non-functioning on-line help desk. Panels OK - decent quality. Hidden panel clips overpriced and impractical. I am not a troll.”

“They do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails. I waited weeks for a refund after sending the bath panel back as it was the wrong size and only got it because I reported them to Amazon pay which I’m so glad that this was the way I chose to pay. AVOID!!!”
