I truly wish I had read these reviews before ordering. No telephone contact or email answer and no idea when it is coming. So worried now about what quality will be like. Let’s hope they redeem themselves by replying and good quality work🤐

Glad somebody else is having the same problem,thought it was just me. Can not get through on the phone! Live chat doesn,t seem to ever be online, leave message will get back to you . Have left 4 messages but had nothing back. Have tried emailing but with no success.Very dissapointed.

Item arrived faulty/damaged. They are just ignoring all my emails to in order for them to come and collect the item and my refund. Would not recommend.

Another bad review, maybe i should have read these reviews before placing my order. My initial order was delivered 2 days late and then on opening one of the bath panel plinth was damaged and the easy fit kit only had 10 parts and should have 36. Contacted Brendan and requested a new plinth and easy fit kit, one week later I received an new end panel and not the parts i needed. Contacted Brendan again and was told that the correct items would be sent out, emailed again 3 days later to be informed that the parcel should be with me "today" that was over 1 week ago and still not received. Emailed yesterday and still no reply and phone lines are not answered. Very poor customer service and product finish is not good value for money, I could have gone to B&Q, spent less money and the bathroom would be finished.

LIARS WHO SUPPLY POOR QUALITY GOODS. Ordered a couple of bespoke bath panels from this outfit and was initially pleased (even though there were insufficient fixings in the kit I ordered to do a satisfactory job (although they did send some more on request)). I thought it odd that bath panels made of MDF would only be coated on one side, but thought they must know better than me. How wrong I was. In a short space of time, even though the panels were acclimatised and fitted as per instructions, they started to warp and bow in all directions. Imagine for yourself how bare MDF would behave in a damp, steamy bathroom. The reason for the one star review is because, although I have given Bath Panel Store, and the manager Brendan, ample opportunity to put things right, they have gone into "ignore mode". After several attempts at contact, Brendan advised that new panels were being put into production immediately and would be with me soon. After that, despite numerous polite emails from myself, I haven't had a single response in weeks. In fact, at the time of writing, it's been almost six months since I first complained about the panels. If they have the cheek to reply to this review, DO NOT believe a word they say. They are liars and you can't say you haven't been warned!

i ordered bath panels and received completely the wrong items. the company have done nothing to rectify this, it was totally impossible to contact them by phone, live chat doesn't work, they asked me to send photos of the damaged items weeks ago, then NOTHING ...they left me with the wrong items and over £200 out of pocket. i had to pursue this through my bank who refunded this. I would never order from them again.

Don’t order from this company! I received damaged taps and have been caught up in a nightmare situation as their communication is abhorrent and I haven’t received a refund! I returned the taps (with difficulty) and have nothing to show for £313.94.

Aquacloak is poor quality cheap product. No were near suitable for a corner bath replacement. Don't waste your money.

Give this company a wide berth. Do not consider the good reviews as trusting, they are not trustworthy. The only time they are in contact with you is when you place an order and part with money, then nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Panel & end panel delivered on time in undamaged packaging. Being infirm I relied upon the delivery driver to bring the boxes into the porch. My wife and I then departed on an extended holiday abroad during which our contractor was to install the new panels as part of a bathroom upgrade. We subsequently received a text stating the main panel was severely bowed plus a manufacturing fault to the end panel. Our instruction was to reject the panels but to source replacements locally. Upon returning we complained by email to be told a) the problems are our fault (in so many words) as we didn't inspect the contents of the boxes within 24 hours of delivery (I couldn't even lift the packaging let alone open and inspect) - and b) we should cure the warping by placing a weight on it to straighten it. Realy! This is now going to trading standards as surely such onus of responsibility should not be on a customer who has already paid and such a short period of time. In other words, their warranty lasts just 24 hours. Is this cop out right in this day and age?

They took the order and money without fuss, however when the end panel didn't arrive with the side panel Brendan Mulvihill (MD allegedly) blamed TNT. I pointed out that it was his responsibility to track the item with TNT and I haven't heard from him since I phoned his mobile 07702897484 no reply. The voicemail on the main number 020 8166 5941 directs you to their web site Bath Panel Store Unit 1 Manor Farm, Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham. I have also added the real view of this place and it's nothing like the web site, as I visited on Saturday 14/12/2019. This man Brendan and the company is a total sham, DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY

I ordered a shower tray a few weeks ago and was advised it would be delivered on the 23rd of October but never arrived, I have emailed and had no response and also tried to telephone and it just keeps going to an automatic response saying all the lines are busy. if I do not get a response by Thursday evening I will go to my credit card company to ask for a refund. Very poor service.

They sent out wrong bath panel that was also bent and a small chip on corner. There were no instructions. When I was placing my order their response was immediate but when making a complaint they never replied. They never answer the phone so them giving a phone number is pointless. It took about a week for someone to get back to me and eventually they said they will send out another bath panel. That was a week ago and I haven’t had dispatch info yet or a delivery date. They never offered a refund they just sent out another panel without asking me my preference. As I said I still haven’t received it. I would not buy from this company again and I wish I had read reviews before I placed my order because lots of people have had same experience with them. I shall keep msging them and get trading standards involved if they don’t resolve this ASAP. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

Sadly my delivery did not arrive on the day arranged and confirmed. So I still haven't receiver my order and have no idea on the quality of the product. Plumber has been rearranged twice to fit the panel because of non delivery. Getting very worried it will never arrive

Absolute rubbish!Order arrived in damaged box with loose parts inside. Not suitable for requirements. Tried contacting via email and phone several times to no avail. No facility to leave message and no responses to emails other than support team reviewing request. Item very heavy and needs to be returned - cost no doubt will be outrageous.

Hi Eva, Seems that the courier had damaged the packaging, it is rare but can happen, we have now upgraded our boxes for these types of panels so that this doesn't happen again. A full refund has been processed for the panel. Please accept our apologies.
I ordered a side and end bath panel and selected to pay the hefty £25 Saturday delivery charge, however the item was attempted to be delivered on the Friday. I contacted TNT and was unable to rearrange for the Saturday as the delivery was arranged by the store. I emailed the store as they don't appear to answer the phone and they said delivery would be made on the Saturday as agreed. I waited in 8-6 and no delivery came. I emailed to voice my concern and requested another Saturday delivery. No response received from Bath panel store and attempted delivery made again on an unsuitable week day. This is a very disappointing company to try and do business with as something which should have been straight forward is anything but. Will never use again.

Yes if only I'd read the other review sites I too like many others here would never have bothered to order goods from Bath Panel Store and Gold Tap Store. I've tried all the usual channels to contact them but it seems they don't like talking or replying to emails, I can guess why having now read the other reviews here! Goods bought and paid for and even sent (after a long delay) which ain't bad looking at some cases here at least I got my order, shame it wasn't what I ordered but at least I got something! How I might return it and get my money back seems unlikely so far being as they won't answer my emails! So I've took my complaint to Sage the people that are happy to take your cash and hand it right to them to continue causing more headache and trouble!! So yes in short don't waste your time and money with these jokers who clearly have never heard of customer service!!!!

Initially things were going well. I had found a company who could supply custom panels to fit where others could not supply at the required height. Good comms during the order process with Brendan and the package arrived in a fair time. I booked trades to install professionally and then realised only one panel of my two panel order had been received. Thankfully Brendan sorted that no drama and sent another and apologised for the mistake. Only then when I had two panels did I realise that one panel was in fact not to spec ordered and worse was actually split down one side so completely unusable even if we could some how make it fit. I figured Brendan would help get it sorted and would supply a correctly specified panel without drama. Boy was I wrong. They have gone totally radio silent on me. No responses to email requests even when flagged as a consumer complaint and their phone line is permanently switched off. I am now stuck with one installed panel I am happy with and one half completed job missing a panel in the other bathroom. I had to send the trades back to have them return another time. This will cause extra cost and inconvenience. Plus in the meantime our bathroom looks a state. The panels were expensive compared to others, but I was happy to pay for the custom size. I did not expect such terrible service, especially given how they responded initially. To add to insult the sealing strips I paid for were useless hard plastic and were the wrong width so totally unusable. All I want is a new undamaged panel to the spec I ordered. Not too much to ask. Very least I hope to be spoken to and not repeatedly ignored. Unforgivably poor service which I will likely now have to escalate to trading standards, my card company etc. Could have so easily been sorted.
