“I was expecting a return phone call from your on line department on monday Feb 6th regarding a Pagoda Roma companion set which i wanted to order but the person (Michael) i spoke to said the 1 in stock had 2 left arms, but he would contact the supplier & ask if they could supply a new arm, he was then going to ring me later in the day to let me know what was happening, i'm still waiting for that call.”
