“I needed a certain colour of an item which couldn’t be selected online. Phoned and spoke to someone who was very helpful and went to check if the colour I wanted was in stock. Got a phone call back to confirm. Excellent customer service and item arrived a few days later. Very pleased customer.”

“The Items that I ordered arrived very promptly, & were packed very well. Thank you. I however could not see how to enter my Loyalty Card details onto the website order form. This was disappointing as the goods ordered were quite expensive, and they were ordered online as I live over 20 miles from the store & felt that it would be useful to order online to save me carrying them on public transport. The message that I left on the website was not traced immediately by the office staff, but this was rectified by phone call & a very helpful member of staff. Thank you for all assistance by your wonderful staff when in the store & with my phone query. They are always polite & helpful. You have a wonderful shop.”
