“Poor service all round, no feedback from majority of viewings booked. No show viewings, and viewings turning up weren't booked in As I was quoted a fixed price selling fee, their only concern was to drop the price, as this wouldn't affect their commission. Retracted my property from them due to lack of service/comms. and wouldn't recommend”

“Wish i'd gone to Barkers first! sold my house within 2 wks after half a dozen viewings or so, the valuation was lower than previous, however happy with the all around service & communication etc”
