“I recently purchased several items of bedroom furniture which was delivered in two lots. On both occasions the delivery service was excellent. The delivery arrived exactly when it was expected. The furniture is well made and items that needed to be put together were easy to construct. Although the wardrobe was a little awkward but not difficult. The sales and customer service teams were all very helpful when I had queries. One set of drawers was damaged but it was not a problem. I was immediately offered an exchange which was delivered within a few days.”

“A pleasure from start to finish with Barker and Stonehouse.. Their customer service is friendly, helpful and approachable. Their lead time was actually quite good for a sofa supplier (I spoke to lots).. And their sofa is just beautiful, we really love it and we're super pleased we paid that little bit extra for quality. “Excellent support from Mel at the Gateshead branch. Delivery was later than expected. However Mel and his team kept us up to date throughout the process. Furniture has now arrived and we are very pleased with it. Very happy customer. Thank you B & S. Gurpal Harrar”

“The two Garrys delivered my replacement Tempur mattress on the 30th March, and were top class thank you. Kelly and Linda in the showroom have always been most helpful and patient with all my questions, and get five stars also. Thank you to Barker and Stonehouse for living up to their 40 night replacement deal; much appreciated. I bought four kitchen chairs some while ago from B and S, which are still giving excellent service, and the reclining chair which I bought more recently is also as good as expected. Thank you Barker and Stonehouse.”
