“Blades not as sharp .
I’ve been using this trimmer to clean hair on gents neck and notice that the blades don’t shave well enough for me and have to give a few strokes over as some of the hair are left out completely missed .”
“The delivery of the replacement foil and blades order was fine. The big problem was that these replacements were out of stock for many months. If you sell the electronic razor and rightly recommend changing foil and blades every 3 to 6 months, then you need to be certain that you have a reliable and efficient supplier of the replacement parts.”

This was my first order from Barbarossa and I guess it was ok. I had ordered the 4 in 1 shaver kit as a present for my partner and although the delivery, packaging and communication was great, I was a little disappointed when my partner opened the box to find 2 main accessories missing. Having said that, when I contacted the support team, they were fantastic and sent over the 2 missing accessories straight away. My partner enjoys his shaver very much, although he mentioned that the instructions weren't very clear on how to empty the cut hair from within the shaver and that the battery runs out quite quickly. So, make sure to keep an eye on that, so you're not left with half head shaved until the shaver is fully charged.”

Unfortunately the purchasing experience was spoiled by a stream of rather childish pirate related spam trying to persuade me to sign up to a mailing list, which since I am unlikely to make further purchases from this company would be pointless.”
