“We are sadly back home after an amazing holiday organised by Baltic Travel (Diana). The Wilderness Hotel Nangu was fantastic and we could not fault anything, clean comfortable room, relaxed restaurant friendly helpful staff and wonderful food. We arrived at the hotel and within 10 minutes the Northern lights were visible. We particularly enjoyed the Husky’s and snowshoes”

“We travelled to Nellim in Finland with Baltic Travel and had an amazing time. The Wilderness Hotel is well set out and the log cabin which we stayed in had underfloor heating and a sauna. We also spent one night in one of the Aurora bubbles which was really quite beautiful. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful. All of the clothing and equipment provided were good quality. We went on the husky morning and drove our own sledge across frozen lakes. The following day we went out on snow mobiles again across frozen lakes, up into the forest and even to the Russian boarder. We also visited the reindeer farm and fed reindeer and had a sledge ride. One evening we went out snow shoing and had hot chocolate and cooked marshmallows over a camp fire. Although we did not manage to see the Northern Lights it was a marvellous holiday! All of the booking and contact we had with Inga was excellent and she responded very quickly to any emails we sent. We would definitely travel with Baltic Travel again.”

“The tour was brilliant and enjoyed it. Both plane journey was good and on time, well even we arrived half an hour early in Oslo. All our connections was fine and on time too. Weather wasn't too bad during our stay in Norway but could be better to have some sunshine 😉 Laura's selection of hotels was spot on and we have enjoyed staying with them. Specially the hotel in Flam was very good because of its surroundings and wish we could stay there for a bit longer. Next time we may stay two nights there. Their restaurant was fantastic and we had a very good local produced 🍺. Five small dishes with five different 🍺 which is highly recommended, even though I don't drink beer but I loved it. Flam Railway was brilliant, so the boat trip. Directions of hotels, boat, Bus and train was spot on and can't thank Laura enough for your work. Oslo and Bergen was brilliant city. However, the view from Fløyen mountain was exceptional and very cheap compared to their food and drinks. We went there during day and night for the city views and loved it. We also discovered a very good but expensive cocktails bar there in Bergen called "No Stress," which is highly recommended too. Breakfast at Bergen Hotel was very good. Definitely will go back🇧🇻 again and will book through Baltic Travel Company. Highly recommended 👌 👍”

“Daina organised me a 3 night trip to The Wilderness Hotel in Nellim, North Finland for a special anniversary trip. I wanted to surprise the wife with a trip to see the Northern Lights. Daina was superb in providing me with the info I needed to book this trip and she was exceptional. The trip itself was truly magical and the hotel was superb. I couldnt have asked for a more romantic/ special trip as this for such an important trip. The Northern Lights arent guaranteed but we did get to see them and they are spectcular. The organised trips and adventures at the hotel are fabulous too. Highly recommend using Baltic Travel for this.”

“We had an amazing Christmas in Iceland (finally postponed from 2021 due to Covid) Inga put together a great bespoke trip and helped out with all the questions and requests I had. Everything went extremely smoothly whilst we were there and it was so relaxing knowing that everything had been organised for us. Unexpected amounts of snow meant our last daytrip was cancelled but in all honesty it made no difference to us and the Christmas snow made it all the more magical. We have fallen in love with Iceland and would definitely use Baltic Travel to travel there hassle free again”

“I found the Baltic travel company online whilst searching for a short new years trip to Iceland. They offered just what I wanted. There was a little confusion with the drafting of the tailor made programme but it was quickly resolved and I got what I wanted. I think I paid more than those using other travel companies but otherwise cannot fault the service. The trip was fabulous. The group was very diverse and hence interesting. The tour guide was enthusiastic to show us his country. The local tour company did everything to make our trip enjoyable. All in all a great way to welcome in the new year. “The Baltic Travel Polar Express trip was fantastic. It was well organised that meant we just had to focus on enjoying the holiday. The children loved the dog sled and reindeer trips. The guides were great and made sure we were warm enough, a challenge in itself. The train ride to Norway just got more spectacular and it was amazing to finish the trip in such a special place. We even managed to add an additional ski lesson in before we had to think about heading home.”

“Thanks to Baltic Travel Company, we had the most most wonderful time in Norway!! We live in New Zealand, and quit our jobs to travel around Europe for 6 months. We went to 12 countries, but our time in Kirkenes, Noway, was the highlight of our whole trip. We did dog sledding, which was one of our favourite things, but it was the free time we had with the dogs that was the most special. We had an hour free before we were taken to the airport, so we spent that whole time walking up and down the lines of kennels patting as many of the dogs as we could. They were so gentle and affectionate. Particularly as working dogs. The staff at the snow hotel were so fun, kind, attentive, and informative. We felt so well looked after. It’s amazing how much they have going in at their base, and yet everything runs like clockwork. Thank you Baltic Travel Company for booking the trip for us. Everything was so easy. It was the most relaxed part of our whole trip. If we come back to your side of the world some time we will definitely be in touch for a new adventure.”
