Appalling customer service. Ordered a £300 tv. It didn't work. Having a nightmare trying to return it and to get a refund. Have now complained to Amazon, as I purchased the tv via their market place. My advice -avoid. Pay the bit extra and buy direct from amazon.

Selling and caring for the customer is extremely different. Be ware of Ballicom that their customer service is horrible when it comes to warranty or problem on the purchased products from them. They never replied back to query, never treat the customer well, simply irresponsible for what it should be.

Should be re-named Ballicon, not Ballicom. I would strongly advise against using this company. Yes, they have a good range of products and the pricing is good. That's about it. You get to see the real picture when you have a problem. In my case I spend a few hours on a Sunday afternoon researching a smart TV. I found the one I wanted on Amazon and saw that Ballicom had it for £399. So I go directly to their site and order it and pay £7.99 for next day delivery. 1. Orders placed on a weekend aren't actually delivered the next day but a day latter. - no big deal. 2. Open the box and realize the TV is NOT the smart TV that I ordered. It is the "cheaper" version which was showing on their site for £370 3. Called up to ask for the "wrong" TV to be returned and sent the correct one instead but they refused to acknowledge they had sent the wrong TV. I even showed them that the TV they sent me wasn't even available for purchase on their site (out of stock) and that I had paid £399 which was the price of the Smart TV - not the one I got. 4. The customer support is appalling. I called up and the male answers "hello" - not a "Hello this is Ballicom, you are speaking to Customer Support, How may I help you." - no, just "Hello". The support team refused to help me and said the only think I can do is to return the product. But they wouldn't put me to the returns department as "They are all out on lunch now" 5. Call back more than twice and eventually get to the returns department and have to wait for them to initiate a returns notice. 6. Big issue now is that virtually no one will pick up a 48" TV and those that do will charge a large fee (£42+) to ship but won't insure it against damage. So all in all you are taking a big risk buy sending it back. So to cut a long story short I have two options. Be lumbered with a TV that I didn't order. Or take a risk and send it back (with a cost of £42).

Mickey mouse company. Bought a CPU cooler as advertised on their website they sent me an ipad cover instead claiming they made a mistake on their website. Sent Ipad cover despite knowing it was the wrong item. Took over a week for a refund waiting for me to return the Ipad cover first. No apology or offer to honour their mistake. Also never replied to complaint made to customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting on my refund. They have received my returned item, but have not put the money in my account. I have emailed them 4 times and haven't even had a response. absolutely hopeless. will never use this site again. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option

I purchased 6 hardrives for a HP servers but realized that hard drives are 2.5" so I didn't touch any drive and sent the box back I received on same day and ask them to replace drives with 3.5" ones. after 3 working days I was told that they accept returns but it will have 20% restocking fee however they reduce it to 15% as I need to replace it with new one. I have been buying good online for so many years and newer experienced this. I recommend you to look for alternative website.

Somehow my delivery address got mixed up when placing my order on-line between Ballicoms website and their couriers website. The house name and road name jumbled into each other which made it impossible for the courier to find the address. I initially requested Ballicom try to resolve the problem from their end and their one-line email response suggested I get in touch directly with the courier, which I did. Three days later the package is still stuck at the couriers and a further request from assistance from Ballicom via email has been met with silence.

Terrible customer service. Ignored our emails and when we called promised someone would get back to us but never bother. I've been trying to return an item now for nearly 3 weeks and still having problems.

I have had to return items to Ballicom twice. I will never order anything from them again, period. I have had to chase and chase and chase, first to get a return authorisation and then to get any progress. I have chased by email and by phone. Either way it takes weeks before they do anything. Apalling. Go to a retailer that values follow up customer service.

As is always in this life... a company only shows its true colours in post-sales. The sales process itself, as always, was seamless quick and delivery prompt. But then I wanted to return the goods (unused) because I'd accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and as this was a personal purchase I had all the consumer rights behind me (Distance Selling Directive etc.). And that's where everything started going wrong..... (1) It took a week for them to give me an RMA authorisation to return the goods. (2) I waited the 30 days they are allowed under the Distance Selling Directives for my refund... no refund received... I had to chase them and threaten them with credit card chargeback. (3) The refund arrived on my card.... but it was only a partial refund, they've illegally held back money in contravention of the Distance Selling Directives. I can see this will end with me getting a chargeback via my credit card company ! Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

Our company ordered headsets off Ballicom, turned out that the web site info was totally misleading and that we would not get a full refund as there is a 15% re-stocking fee not mentioned anywhere. Moreover the returned headsets got rejected by their returns team and we're stuck with useless equipment. Worst company we have ever dealt with. Do not recommend to anyone unless you're up for a fight with the windmills

Kept me waiting for 7 days, then when I enquired as to what's taking so long, why is the item not shipped yet? - they replied the next day money wasn't released from paypal, please order from our site again. I checked PayPal and they cancelled the transaction - I made several that day that all went through. Placed an order with euroPC - everything went through, got my item the next day. Avoid Ballicom!
