“The 'When Duty Calls' bronze statue embodies everything about an Infantry soldier. His equipment, Rifle and the Bugle which can communicate orders the battlefield above the noise and smoke. An awesome statue, it's design and quality are excellent.”

“The online order form was very user-friendly and so no issues for me. I called Ballantynes to ask the expected delivery date and they promised 7 days , I didn't actually expect this to happen but it did. The statue arrived very well and protected in it's box and it is a really attractive thing to present to one of our retired colleagues.”

“We ordered plain glasses to be engraved. They were really helpful and sent an image of the design for approval before engraving. We then received the glasses very quickly and well packaged. We are really pleased with the quality of the glasses and the engraving we requested. It took a week from the initial order to the presentation case being delivered.”

“I purchased a decanter and glasses from the REME shop as a gift for my son. On receipt, he mentioned he wanted the tray and he tried to buy one from the shop but was unable. I emailed Ballantynes of Walkerburn and received a reply saying they had the tray in stock which I ordered. I received the tray which is just what I wanted. Lovely tray and it had a bass plate too very nice.”
