“Outstanding service, as usual. Friendly, helpful and dedicated. The items I've purchased over the years have been relating directly to the British Commandos, engraved glass ware, Commando memorial statues, port bottles, and the service and products provided by Ballantynes are in keeping with the traditions and Professionalsim of the original Army Commandos.”

“I bought the Beret and Boots with the engraved plaque. I wanted this piece for my husband to showcase his 24 years service in the Armed Forces, and he absolutely loves it! The company were very quick to respond and the process from order to delivery was excellent and very fast. Quality of the piece is exceptional. 100% recommend this company. “First time ordering from here, I ordered a bottle of alcohol for a 60th birthday with engraving on , the customer service was outstanding. I was sent a template to make sure it was to my liking, and then had emails to inform me when despatch and delivery was. I couldn’t fault a thing. One of the best purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Other companies need to ‘take a leaf out of their book’. Superb company and will definitely buy from them again”

“Superb customer service. I called with a request for glasses that wasn't available direct from the website and the 2 people I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The service of accepting custom files for engraving was also really well handled, with actual people responding as opposed to an automated error handler. To top it off despatch was the day after confirmation of the engraving and delivery was made the next day. 10/10, can not fault the service. I haven't seen the glasses yet as I had them delivered to a friend, but on the basis of the quality of service I am certain they will exceed expectations.”
