“Jack at Balkan went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect from start to finish. He arranged all pickups and transfers to our destinations ensuring stress free travel. I would definitely use Balkan Escape again and would recommend them to family and friends.”

“Great knowledge of what we wanted a put together an itinerary for us. Also the ferry we was booked on to get us back from Korcula to Dubronvik on Sunday morning was cancelled due to very windy. Jack booked us on an earlier ferry which, was running,and sent us the new tickets & rung us all before 8.00am on Sunday. Great service.”

“Everything was organised from Start to finish, including both hotels and all transfers. Jack Fleming gave us suggestions but left it to us to make final decisions on which hotel might suit us best. He organised flight check in. More importantly, everything worked like clockwork and we had a fabulous trip. “Right from my initial travel enquiry to arriving home from holiday, Balkan Escapes have been brilliant. We had a totally stress free experience, including flights, hotels and ferry crosses. All three hotels that we stayed in were perfect. Balkan Escapes were very easy to contact by phone (phone was always answered straight away, no waiting in a queue or options to press) and email, a delight to deal with. I really can’t think of any areas to suggest for improvement as everything was very straightforward and efficient - I have no complaints whatsoever. “We gave Balkan Escape an idea of when and where in Croatia we wanted to go. How long we wanted to be there and an idea of budget. They came back with an excellent itinerary, with hotel options at each place we wanted to stay. We chose and BE went from there! Flights, taxi pickups, ferry tickets everything organised. They even found out that the ferry schedule had changed just before we went and arranged alternative ferries with tickets for us. No drama just job done.”

The accommodation and the transfers were on point, with every step of the journey arranged for us and ran as planned. Jack couldn't have been more helpful.
