“Not impressed either way you wharp the cards it doesn't stay straight tried one card but end up using two to make it thicker still doesn't work better off just using cardboard”

“Package was late, box looked like it had been kicked around. There was zero soft packing inside and one of the cups was broken. Very poor”

“If I could give zero I would ,I have now waited 13 days for a delivery, (3 to 5 days stated on order) the response I get when I enquire about the goods is ,ITS AT THE HUB allow 48 hours , It must be a #### big hub , I should have allowed a month for delivery”

“My school bought seven packets of sheep weaving kits last year for my class but due to covid and schools closing we did not open them. This year I am unable to use the products as each packet is faulty (only one basket in each packet of four is correct.) Baker Ross have refused to resolve the issue because it is outside "their 28 day money back guarantee". As a so called "valued customer" of theirs I find this most disappointing.”

“I ordered 3 kits of the penguins sew craft and all three kits were of terrible quality! The holes were not all punched out, they gave u cheap yarn for u to sew and u had to glue cheap punch out parts. I emailed the company over 20 times because they do not give a phone number! They were rude , wanted pictures. And even after sending 3 sets of pictures they r still refusing to give me a complete refund. They say I have to mail they back which will cost even more! And with their reviews, I’m not the only one who had problems with this company. They say guarantee satisfaction!!! But refuses my refund frustrated, disappointed and angry”

“I’ve contacted them 7 times for a refund because the quality of this penguin craft is terrible! And after I asked for a refund - they say they r closed!! On noon?! Seriously?! And of course no phone number! Frustrating!! And disappointed”

“I ordered2 bags of painting stones from this company for rock painting and they advertised them as large stones in all kind if shapes but I was shocked by what arrived. The majority are to small to do rock painting but when I complained they refused a refund saying they advertised them as 7cm but some of the rocks sent are 5 cms and we can’t find anywhere in the blog about them being 7cm just the description that they are large stones so I intend making a complaint to trading standards as soon as conditions allow. THIS IS PLATENT LYING WHAT WOULD YOU THINK IF IT SAYS LARGE STONES!!!”

“Ordered the mini treasured chest boxes,they arrived with lots of faults. Complained but very difficult and unhelpful customer services. Had to send it back at my own expense, still haven’t got my money back. Totally unacceptable! Joke of a company.”

“I spend thousands of pounds a year with Baker Ross. I had a Father’s Day workshop in a shopping centre on Saturday 15th June. We soon realised there were missing items in every packet of bookmarks we opened. I ordered over £100’s worth. Called today to tell them how disappointed I was. Finally got through to a manager called Greg who was very unhelpful. He kept repeating himself saying ‘if you still had the items I could give you a full refund’ and offered me a £10 credit note. I wasn’t after a credit note or a refund. I just wanted some reassurance that this wouldn’t happen again but that didn’t happen. I told him I wouldn’t be ordering from them again, which Greg seemed quite happy about. This company does not value your business. One disappointed customer looking for another supplier”

“CRAFT AND GLUE BRUSHES I purchased these brushes to do some craft work with children this week. Luckily, they did not arrive in time for the children to use. I was finishing off a few bits on their projects today using these brushes. I am an artist- I know how to use a paintbrush! Whilst washing one of these brushes, I had my finger badly cut by the ‘seam’ joining the edges. It’s a very nasty cut and I am extremely pleased that the children didn’t have an opportunity to use them Upon examination, I note that all brushes in the two packs are identical with this fault. I would like your reassurance that you will withdraw this product from your sales. I would also request that you send to me a full refund immediately. I have not gone public with this but should I not get a reasonable response from you very quickly, then I shall have to re-think.”
