“Thank you to Karen and Daniel for professionalism,excellent customer service and genuiness The delivery people David and Michael also very good and explained the new chair to us Nothing was a bother. It took a few days to get used to new riser recliner chair and team happy for us to trial. Now my husband finds transfers better and chair looks sleek modern but practical.Thanks to all at Bakare. “The service received from the start of purchase to installation has been superb. The salespeople are knowledgeable about the product. The maintenance staff provided excellent demonstration and advice during the onsite visit as well as very fast delivery and installation. The bed itself has proven to be sturdy/well made and works just as expected. I will recommend this equipment to anyone I speak with who is in need of a profiling bed.”

“The Volker profiling bed supplied by the council 18 years ago could not be serviced or maintained by them. A replacement was delivered which was totally unsuitable for my son's medical condition causing severe discomfort. (It appears to be common theme, maximum budget of £1,000 regardless of need). We purchased a newer version of the Volker bed with gel mattress from Bakare. We were delighted with the customer service, delivery and installation in a very short period of time. Karen was extremely helpful in answering my questions and the delivery men were very efficient and polite. I would not hesitate in using Bakare again or recommending them to potential customers.”

“Having had to use a dangerous NHS adjustable electric bed for the last 10 years or so for our severely disabled daughter, switching to a Bakare bed has made the world of difference to our lives! Having had to struggle every day with the NHS bed, the Bakare bed is absolutely superb in every way and as a bonus it looks really lovely in our daughters bedroom. “We ordered the Evolution 400 bed for our son with complex medical needs, and the whole process with Bakare has been amazing. From working with the charity who funded the bed, ordering, delivery and installation - and the bed itself is fantastic. Exactly what we needed, significantly better than the bed solution we had previously! All in all an amazing experience, and we're very grateful!”

“I was a bit wary of purchasing beds on line given that i live in Scotland and could not get to the showroom. I dealt with Daniel who initially talked me through my requirements on the phone and thereafter a video demonstration of a couple of their beds. Very informative, answered all my questions and queries and guided me to the best choice of beds for me and my husbands needs. Can't praise them enough, highly recommend this Company. Getting this bed for my son was a challenge, but due to David Hambly (Key-Account Manager) patience, attention to detail to meet my sons needs, he supported me getting the correct bed for my son. “It was a pleasure to work with all the staff from Bakare Beds - from the initial consultation, through to the assessment, and the delivery of the bed. The company went out of their way to provide a virtual assessment of their products via video link with my client during the COVID-19 lockdown. It worked really well and the bed was delivered within a week. The company implemented stringent COVID-19 safety/hygiene protocols when the bed was delivered as my client is in a high risk group. I would highly recommend Bakare and would definitely use their services again.”
