“The proces from start to finish was satisfactory, from the initial idea to the final concept, the process of making final adjustments to the design before acceptance and going into full production worked well. I am very pleased with the final results and the Group are very happy with the scarves, they look very smart.”

“Usually very prompt with response and delivery. Had to check progress this time and had a very speedy apology for "human error" missing my order. Normal service was then resumed and items were delivered the next day! Usual excellent service highlighted the issue for me as I realised I hadn't had that service. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for your honesty.”
