At our advanced factory based in Newstead we manufacture and supply bespoke name badges for around 30,000 customers in the UK. Everyday almost a million people go to work wearing a Badgemaster name badge. “You sent a duplicate of the same badge and didn’t send our other staff members at all. Design option on website be the hard to use also”

“good badges but they deleted my prototype and asked me to start again with no explanation”

“Unfortunately, although the products look excellent, they arrived the day after we needed them for our event - despite telephone customer services promising they would be with us 2 working days beforehand, giving us ample time for delivery delay. But they weren't even dispatched until the afternoon before our event. I had the option to order from elsewhere and had first phoned Badgemaster to see if it could be processed in time and only placed the order with them because of the confidence of the nice lady on the phone - I wish I had used the alternative supplier in this case. The products themselves look excellent - we look forward to using them next year instead.”
