At our advanced factory based in Newstead we manufacture and supply bespoke name badges for around 30,000 customers in the UK. Everyday almost a million people go to work wearing a Badgemaster name badge. “The staff are helpful over the phone but the website is very poor and not user friendly. In this day and age I believe a good website is essential.”

“The badges were acceptable, but after adding various options, were 'expensive', and I cannot see how a delivery charge of £17.95 is justified after having spent £500 on the product, I often use the same delivery company and for a similar sized parcel, pay in the region of £7, but having said that most companies I have dealt with do not charge for orders of such a value”

“Nice badge, but took much longer to arrive than was promised and communication was non-existent when I asked where the badge was. They only replied when I told them I wanted to cancel!”
