“I purchased a konfidence swim jacket great product, after delivery I was thinking about the size but after some great advice from Andy at Baby swim shop about the jacket needed to fit snug I was happy, Taken the granson swimming today and he loved it filled him with confidence but still been safe. Baby swim shop gave me fast delivery great product and value for money but I couldn't put a price on the smile my granson had on his face today. Many thanks Nigel”

Patricia, I am really sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. The item was dispatched 2nd class by Royal Mail on Thursday so it would normally be expected to arrive with you either today or tomorrow. “great, quick service, and the product is wonderful. My 19 month old son wants to copy his older sister (who also owns a float konfidence suit!) and not cling onto me anymore! The suit means I can swim at the same time as guiding/ holding him- which is a luxury! I've seen some other lovely products I'm interested in when our new baby arrives too!”

“I cannot commend Baby Swimming Shop highly enough I ordered Paddlers and Baby Swim Vest and paid for speedy delivery' The Paddlers arrived without any hitches but the Swim Vest was not delivered. I contacted the company via e-mail and received an immediate response from Andy. He refunded my postage costs and sent out a second vest, which unfortunately also did not arrive. Andy went to the trouble of tracking the parcels, kept me up to date with his progress and sent out a third vest via special delivery. This vest arrived safely and I am delighted with the quality of both items. Great quality at reasonable prices. However I am more than delighted with the quality and sincerity of the customer service offered by Baby Swimming Shop. Andy made it clear that excellent customer service is a priority of their company - moreover in providing such service ensured that I will shop there again AND recommend his firm to my friends and family. Thank you all at Baby Swimming Shop. I would rate you as outstanding. Ann Aylott”

“Very impressed by the very prompt and very helpful response to the question I asked in relation to the baby wetsuit. Easy odering system and items arrived quickly - within 2 days! “No complaints on the order/delivery process which was very efficient but I ordered a happy nappy for my son who is 13 months old and on the 91st percentile weight wise so definitely not a small baby but the size you advertise as being for 12 to 24 months completely drowns him so is useless meaning I now have to order another”

“Easy to use website and quality products. Wraps in age rather than weight though so I bought one that was too small. Good communication from shop and a very quick exchange so very happy and would use again.”
