“I paid for next day delivery - when it didn’t arrive the next day I contacted them and the next day received a £2 delivery refund and told there was an error and I would receive the next day (3 days later then planned) I then asked why I’d only had a £2 refund when delivery is free over £50 I then had a further £3.79 refund which when I paid £6.95 for next day still doesn’t add up. The items themselves are fine but customer service not.”
