“Great service and delivery, easy to use website. Second time I've bought this convertible high chair, as my eldest used his for years. Easy to assemble. The tray is slightly stiff to remove at first but I think it'll loosen (slight change in design from purchase 10 years ago). Definitely get an insert for younger babies. We're using a cushion at the moment! Thank you! Thank you”

“It is nice but,two low and not usable for rain I cover the plastic it's to short to cover the stroller and there no small pocket to like a bottle or small thing for baby...to be honest I want to return but it's hassle for me as a single mom but leave..I already bought it so stay here at home I can't used now due to rain because headboard he become wet there no cover there ....I'm sorry”

You have taken my order and money, advised that goods have been dispatched and when I query when the goods are to arrive 6 days after the order was placed I am informed that the goods have been discontinued. No communication from yourselves. I would still be waiting if I hadn't got in touch”

“Staff at babymonitorsdirect are absolutely wonderful, I made a mistake on my delivery postcode and they quickly went and fixed my problem for me even though it said my parcel had been shipped. Customer support is lovely to speak to and very helpful etc. all in all great first time experience with this company. Very very happy with the product. The only issue I had with the product was some of the screws was slightly hard to put in with the Allenkey they supplied causing 2 screws for the footplate to round off causing it to not go in fully. But it wasn’t much of an issue for me as I was using it straight away as table and chair for my little boy so I’m very pleased regardless of this. Product is very great for the price and will no doubt last an absolutely while. My little boy is in love with it :)”
