“Blanket was not a soft fluffy blanket it’s stiff and more for a toddler well over priced for what it is”

Good afternoon Fiona I am quite saddened to see that you had given us one star due to the product you bought not being fluffy or being overpriced in your opinion , this wrap is an absolute best seller for us and we have been restocking it literally week after week over the course of the last six months as our customers love it! We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases however we are happy to accept returns within 30 days so of course you don't have to keep an item if you don't like it , just log on our website and go to our returns portal to arrange your return . I also want to point out that this product is a wrap - blanket and it is intended for wrapping infants not toddlers as it is ( again ) a wrap blanket.. furthemore it is described accurately , under no circumstances this has been described as fluffy as it is not fluffy ( it is 100% cotton - cotton wraps aren't fluffy ) so i am not quite sure why you were expecting it to be fluffy . We have a Returns Portal on our website where you can print your Returns Label attach it on the parcel and send the parcel back if you happen to be unhappy with your order . It is quite visible at the bottom of our website on the ''Customer Hub'' Section . We also do have all our contact information such as email , phone number and Facebook live chat fully visible on our website so that customers can contact us to enquire about anything . Had you contacted us before shipping the parcel we would be more than happy to help you return the item using our labels .
