Hi Margaret We are very disappointed and saddened with your one star review We have checked your order and can confirm you were sent the right size hat . We are not sure why you are so unhappy with your order . The sizing is right and properly measured . Having sold more than 800 of these diamanté pom hats we are 100% certain this item runs absolutely true to size and will comfortably fit any baby between 0-3 months . If it wasn’t we would have mentioned this on our description You are also always welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund , or purchase the next size up Kind Regards Baby Iconic Team

Hi Ashlea I am ever so sorry you haven’t received the outfit in time for the event you needed it however i would like to note that we haven’t ignored you I have personally responded to you a few minutes after receiving your email to say that i am literally very sorry for the delay with your parcel however we cannot in any way control the delays in all couriers this very busy time of the year , however please stay assured we would never ignore you I am not sure if or why you haven’t received my reply but i would urge you to check your spam or junk folder as it happens sometimes that emails end up there I have also forwarded you a screenshot of my email that clearly shows the date and time of my response so that you have absolutely no doubt that you haven’t been ignored We value our customers and are always available to help x Kind Regards Sofia Sutherland Managing Director & Founder
