We feel quite disappointed that you feel it’s ok to attempt and cause damage to our small family business and our great reputation stating that you haven’t received your item .
You placed this order on Friday after our cut off time using our standard service being fully aware from the banner on our website and the banner on the checkout that
- we do not ship during weekends ( like most companies in the country )
- all orders are processed within two working days from the moment they are received ( placing your order on a Friday afternoon that means your order will be processed between Monday or Tuesday )
- all orders placed between Friday the 1st of October and Wednesday the 6th could potentially occur additional delays due to courier issues
This plethora of information was visible and accessible to you at any time before during and after your order , you were absolutely aware at any point that if you placed an order , according to our conditions at the time and the conditions of the postage you have chosen , your order would be with you by Friday the 9th and yet you chose to continue and place an order and then come here and leave us a one star bad review on the 8th of October before the deadline that your order is due to be delivered ..
Should you wish to check your tracking number you will also find that we shipped your order promptly , it’s already on its way and due to be delivered to you tomorrow morning without even the additional delays we thought might occur during this week
I am really not sure exactly what you were expecting and how we didn’t meet your expectations but I do hope you understand that your review is unfair and really truly unjustified
