Got a proclip for my Ford focus st line just will not however clip into the bottom of the trim vent not a problem now the clip is broken trying to put in car I told them it’s the wrong clip for my model of focus however not interested so now wasted money over it just need a diff type to fit

Awful, I plugged in all the details of the car and phone and spent £20 (inc postage)on the right new holder for my mum - only for it to arrive and for me to realise it’s only a half of the puzzle. No idea how to get the other bit, and now have spent £20 and haven’t even got a complete system to hold the phone!

I've used the Brodit phone holders in several different cars with no problems. This one is of the usual high standard but I don't think the price is acceptable. Apart from the price the delivery was considerably longer than quoted. It was only after I contacted Babot Ltd did they inform me that it would be another month before delivery. A good product spoilt by poor communication and service

Hello, I have made a purchase at August 24th. It is almost three weeks but I haven’t received my order yet! All so I haven’t received any tracking code of my parcel so I don’t have a idea where it located now.

Purchased a vehicle specific mount for an Audi R8 2014. On fitting, it was not correct for the car and ended up damaging the trim. Raised a complaint, I was told the part was incorrect for the vehicle, when I referenced the damage, I was told by the director that the part was correct and that I had fitted it incorrectly. As an engineer, I took a video of my installation and sent it to their 'expert technicians' for review. They gave me a full refund, but ignored my request to pay for the damage. Babol/Brodit is of very poor quality, and will possibly damage your car, I recommend that you avoid at all costs. See attached video of poor fitting, and attached photos of damage, part with part number and the dashboard of my car.

While the product came and was good. When I followed the instructions it broke the dash. Contacted Babol and they stated the dash must have been broken before fitting, which it wasn’t. I have fitted three of these before with no problem and Babol customer service would do nothing. Not happy with a company I praised for being good. Poor customer service.

Have ordered plenty from this company and never had a problem, until now, i ordered a phone mount for my wifes Range Rover, (NOTHING) sent 3 emails, they cant even be bothered to respond, i still havent received my mount, or any correspondence, this is last time i use this company, they have really gone down the toilet , with their customer care, i want a refund for the mount i have not received, and stop being so Rude, and answer the emails sent to you

The equipment itself is fantastic and I have been using them for many years. However the customer service I got this time around was appalling. Item ordered on 26th March 2022. No further communication after the initial email confirmation of order. I emailed Babol on 6th April asking what was going on and when I would be receiving my item. I got a reply the same day to say it had been shipped on 5th April and would be out for dispatch on 12th April (why does this take a week??!!). I finally got an email on 12th April to say it had now been shipped but I received no trracking information. Item did not appear so I emailed on 15th April to ask where it was. I got a reply 4 days later on 19th April to say it had been shipped and finally giving me a parcel serial number but when I looked this up on the Royal Mail website there was no information for this tracking number. By this time I was on holiday, and as I use my phone for sat nav, which was the sole purpose for the Brodit phone holder, my teenaged son had to hold up my phone for me for the entire 2 1/2 hour journey. You can imagine how well that went down. I saw on my ring doorbell whilst on holiday that an item had been delivered and when I did finally get home (again having to use my son as phone holder) it was in my safe place. It had been delivered on 15th April. I got a reply from Babol on 19th April to say that it was still awaiting delivery! All in all an absolute shambles. I can't believe it took almost a month to get this item to me, with no tracking information and customer service having no idea where my item was as they said it was with Royal Mail awaiting delivery when it had already been delivered. But the real issue was the length of time from order to receiving the item, with no explanation for the delay from customer services. In this day and age this is unacceptable.

I bought this as a replacement mount for my new phone to attach to my existing vehicle specific mount. I undid the old screws and when I tried to use them to attach the new holder they wouldn't hold as the plastic was too soft. I contacted customer services and they weren't interested in helping apart from advising me to pilot a new set of holes offset from last. I'm not buying Brodit again.
