“Hi, you keep sending me emails about planting trees and if I like my purchase, I haven’t received it yet, I have emailed asking when it will be delivered. No reply. Hope this helps get my order. Fiona H”

Thank you for taking the time to post a review Fiona, we are so sorry you have not received your order and were completely unaware that there was a problem, having checked all of our spam and junk mail too just to be sure we hadn't overlooked your message. The tracking was sent out when your order was despatched and we have just had a look and can see that there has been no movement of the parcel for a number of days. We have raised a query with the couriers and in the meantime have sent a replacement in the post to you. We will keep monitoring this and also the original parcel to make sure that it is received - and should you end up with two we will arrange for the return of one back to us. We'd be really grateful if you could try and resend your original email to us and double check the address for this as we want to make sure that this is an isolated incident. “Item is beautiful. Paid extra pound for quick delivery and came on time. Marked down a star as you had to download an app to track it so I missed delivery notification and it was left in my shed and the box got soaked! Luckily item was ok inside.”

“Absolutely amazing quality products. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Luxe Sheepskin Baby baa footmuff cover and hand warmers.It fits perfectly oir large Cybex Priam pram as well which is great. They are incredibly soft and warm, which is perfect for keeping my son cozy during our walks in the cold winter days. I would highly recommend it.”

“I have bought these little sock booties for both my babies and now for friends babies - they are truly the only thing to stay on a baby’s feet! They’re also gorgeous and super cosy - I just love them and tell everyone about them. Always fast delivery too - such a lovely company to buy from.”
