My new phone was delivered on time
I was informed that the SIM card would not transfer from the old phone to the new and that a new SIM card would be required.
New SIM card not sent with new phone so I continue to use the old phone.

I am really sorry to hear that your sim card did not arrive with your new handset. I spoke to the networks distribution centre and arranged for one to be sent to the original delivery address. This will be with you today.

I have tried to call you and left a voicemail to apologise personally for this not arriving. Our customer service landline number is 01782 712379. Please call us if there are ever any problems regarding your order or service in the future as we can get most problems rectified within 24 hours.

I hope you enjoy your new handset once the new sim card arrives.

Hi Michael,

I have checked through your account to see that the price plan we have recently upgraded you on is the same one that you were on previously but with a newer device.

I have checked with the network to make sure this has all been set up correctly and they can confirm it is still on the same plan but unfortunately there was more data usage than there has been in previous months.

We recommend making sure all apps are shut down correctly when you have finished using them and any Wi-Fi assist options are set to off. We can move your tariff to one with more data for an additional cost like we previously discussed.

I have had little contact with B2B other than contract renewal discussions. I was disappointed to be contacted by our previous treasurer, who I replaced over three years ago, to inform me that B2B had sent him a cheque. This money relates to a rebate following the latest contract review that I negotiated earlier this year.

I can only apologise that the cashback cheque was sent to the previous billing address on your account.

I have double checked to make sure that this been removed completely from your account and that the new address has been updated.
