“Extremely happy with this first job carried out by B & S Roofing on my property. Saw one of their company vehicles in Nottingham and made a note of their phone number. Called them up, booked an inspection visit, got a reasonable quote and booked the work in - all extremely easy and no problems at all. Lead flashing on front and rear of property was checked, repaired where necessary, resealed entirely and site thoroughly cleaned up on completion. Great workmanship and clear explanations of what work was required and how it was carried out. Looking forward to using B & S Roofing for some additional work on the property in a few weeks time. Highly recommended business.”

“Fantastic service - great communication, quickly resolved, efficient, organised, friendly - what more could you want. It seems quite rare these days that companies deliver in all areas. So impressed. My old velux was letting rain in and it was causing a lot of water to come in and damaging the inside wall, dripping water through the next floor to my office... Steve was able to come and take a look within the week and showed up when he said he would, explained the process, quoted me for it within the hour and we organised for it to be completed soon after, once the new window arrived. On the day, the window arrived early at 830am and the roofer Colby, arrived shortly after! It all just worked out perfectly and made so much sense. Invoice and guarantee were sent the same day. Thank you so much! Please go and teach other companies how to be this efficient!”

“Fast, efficient and courteous staff, who did a very good job with replacing the soffits fascia's and front guttering, they also replaced the back soffit and facia a couple of years ago. Very happy to recommend this company for their excellent service and professionalism. Mrs Marion jensen.”

“After a heavy storm we experienced leaking around a chimney in our 1900s house. We immediately checked the local websites/pamphlets and local trade organisations in order to find a reputable builder/roofer. Fortunately, our previous landlord was able to recommend Steve and we were also encouraged by B&S being vetted members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. Steve was punctual in his replies and realistic about the timeframe given that it occurred over the winter period. We were able to gain a quote from him regarding the required works and he was also happy to take care of two other related issues that we had noticed during the initial inspection. Steve was able to give us sound advice about the best steps and costed it up for us. B&S were not the cheapest quote offered to us, but we felt that the guarantee which came with the work as well as the number of testimonials speaking to their quality was more than worth the price. Having seen their finished work, I feel that their pricing was more than reasonable. Regarding the actual work, Steve's team were polite, punctual and gave updates regarding the progress of the work. They were careful to limit the disruption and mess caused by the required work and, though awaiting the final removal, will have left the site in a very tidy manner. I have attached photos of the work undertaken which, to my layman's eyes, appears neat, orderly and professional. B&S Roofing would be my first recommendation for any locals seeking roofing repairs or similar works.”

“i had 2 new velux windows put in..and i was very impressed with the work men that put them in .they were very professional. and did a very good job.they left no mess behind .they had cleaned up after they had done the work.excellent service would recommend them .”

“Very professional service, had a site visit before equipment ordered. Goods arrived within the timeframe identified. Velux window installed by two competent and polite guys. They cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves. Would definitely use them again.”

“Prompt response to a request to fix a roof leak. Polite and friendly staff turned up when they said they would. Provided a fair quote for the work required. Worked hard and did a great job on an old slate roof. I will definitely use again for jobs in the future. Would highly recommend.”

“B&S Roofing replaced the kitchen roof in my new house. They got the job done nice and quickly with very little disruption.They also made some fixes to the chimney stacks that were in disrepair. The work looks good and was very reasonably priced considering the cost of raw materials right now. I will definitely call B&S Roofing again if I need any more work doing.”

“B&S sent Email quote, based on photographs of site requiring work, quickly. Made contact to fix date shortly afterwards. Turned up on-time, did the work and took images of before and after work, which is always reassuring. Cleaned up and removed all debris from site. Professional and very competent. Will use again for certain.”

“Easy as: 1. Produced a quote within a couple of days of the initial call. 2. Provided invaluable advice to help us avoid being taken for an absolute ride by other contractors, which would have left us severely out of pocket. 3. On the day I called requesting the works to be carried out, they arrived 2 hours later that day and within no time at all everything we needed was done. It wasn't a huge job, but it was urgent for us. 100% AAA recommend B & S. Polite, professional and punctual.”
