A massive shout out to Barry ( building section) who cut it for me and Calum who covered for Barry on the counter . I was desperate to have this done tonite and the guys were absolutely brilliant !! I cannot thank them enough , and yes Barry , I know have a working toilet again (leaked)

“Never buy online, as I checked stock levels and apparently they had what I needed, paid for the items waited the one hour, went to store to collect only to be told they didn't have the items in stock as nobody had updated the stock level, b!!ls!!t company, when I asked for my money back I was told 5 to 10 working days, disgusting!!!!”
“Phoned the Peterborough store on June 30 to check they had a wood cutting service. I was assured they could cut a piece of MDF to fit under a single mattress. My son drove from Sheffield the next morning to measure and then go and collect as he has a people carrier. When he arrived at the store he was informed nobody would there until 2pm to cut the wood. He had to be back in Sheffield by 1pm. For such a large store this is literally unbelievable !! Very, very poor service indeed.”
“The very best service received from Zac and from Martin, store manager. Both gentleman! Sorted out a bath complaint for me. Martin then offered a donation to a charity we support at work. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in store. Always courteous, helpful and welcoming. It is an absolute pleasure to shop in such a well run and happy store.”

Love the displays and even the kitchens with big discounts, isles and isles of everything it takes ages, even have an upstairs section of baths showers spas and pools, like the place a lot and great location”
