“Booked in to AH102 from 5th March for 2 weeks. We had stayed in a villa in the same area January 2016 and a different one also March 2016. They were very nice villas but not on the same scale as this villa. The privacy, the tranquillity and the views were perfect for our holiday. The bottles and the welcome card from Georgina and Tony were really great and well appreciated also the welcome pack left and the special extras left from Julie were fantastic. We missed her on arrival due to a problem with the hire car company but managed to catch up on the replacing of the towels and bedding etc. The pool was heated and made it very pleasurable. A great place with immediate assistance to all enquiries. The villa is well maintained and well stocked with all the necessary equipment. The whole procedure from booking the holiday to leaving for home was painless and easy. We hope this will be the first of many trips to this beautiful villa. You have this one spot on.....don't change a thing! Thankyou”

“I have recently booked a trip through Azure Holidays at a luxury villa in Tenerife. I have real reservations about booking online as you hear so many bad stories about scammers etc. I can not recommend Azure enough, they were understanding of my concerns from the get go and fully accepted me wanting to pay everything by card, no questions were asked. I had several queries on the lead up to my trip and received a timely response from Azure and they were also happy to help me over the telephone. Everything was seamless when we arrived in Tenerife from the transfers to the contact we had on the island should anything go wrong. I will definitely use their services again.”

“Azure took all the hassle out of our holiday. We are a group of 12 and they suggested houses based on our needs. We have booked 3 holidays in a row with them and each villa has met our needs perfectly. We will be booking our 4th also. The fact that we are in Ireland and they are in the UK has made no impact - they might as well be in Dublin. They respond to emails quickly and are always at the end of the phone. We highly recommend Azure for booking your holiday villa”

“From the first contact with Azure I felt confident I was dealing with a professional organisation. Helpful and friendly but ultimately knowledgeable and efficient. All contact was dealt with promptly and I felt very well attended to at all times. The villa was outstanding and the support in resort was very good too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, I'll be straight back on the phone to Ian and his team. First class!”

“I found Azure holidays whilst googling for holidays in Tenerife and I'm so pleased that I did! My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and the subsequent booking was handled very quickly and professionally. It was so much easier than using other websites as I have done previously where I have had to wait, on some occasions, days to receive a reply concerning availability which can be very frustrating when flights need to be booked. The quality of the accommodation provided was superb and everything on arrival was handled beautifully by our point of contact Julie who gave us the most friendly welcome and provided everything we could need in the villa and more!! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful holiday.”

“Azure dealt with my every need. From the initial chat online, talking about my criteria for our holiday to speaking directly and ultimately booking our holiday. This will be our first holiday with Azure and have no doubt it will be exactly what we expect. I have previously enquired about destinations in the past with Azure but have never booked. “The villa itself was brilliant and we loved having a cleaner everyday. Meant it was like a real holiday for me. We will use Azure next year again as we want to go back. I would say though that before we left I got inundated with emails asking me for payment or holiday would be cancelled. I had already paid and even when I complained they kept coming which was annoying . Other than that great.”

“I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Azure Holidays, in particular Iain Cliffe. I was searching for Villas in the Algarve for what seemed like a lifetime, but in real terms it was only a few weeks.. having spoken to so many other holiday operators, i was starting to give up! Iain was excellent in describing every little detail about the area I wanted to stay in and done all the hard work for me in regards to searching for the exact villa specifications I was looking for. Other operators were abit un-specific about certain things and definitely seemed like they didnt have the knowledge of the actual villas themselves. Whereas the team at Azure Holidays were more than helpful to share their knowledge of the villas in detail as well as the surrounding areas and tips on where to go in the evenings etc. Also what put me at ease is that Azure Holidays has a management team in the Algarve who will assist with everything and anything you need whilst away. They also have access to English speaking taxi drivers, so there shouldnt be any confusion whilst away! Some other holiday operators were very quick to suggest that id 100% need to hire a car as none of the taxi drivers speak english at all!! So im glad that Azure Holidays have gone that one step further and made sure everyone has the perfect holiday setup. Would recommend them for sure and ill definitely be using them again.”
