“Ordered the knitted bra & leggings. Bras super comfy, flattering & such a lovely colour. Also have some Breeches and bass layers that I absolutely adore! The leggings on the other hand are awful. I’m a size 6 and ordered them in a size small to fit a size 6-8. When opening I thought they looked ridiculously tiny but maybe they had stretch. They honestly didn’t. Could barely get my ankles in them they were that small. I did a little experiment for reference and they were tight even around a bottle of fake tan. May sound random but just think about how small the circumference of a fake tan bottle really is... now compare that to your lower leg... no chance would they fit. I’m actually so mad that they’re none exchangeable / refundable too? It’s actually ridiculous lmao.”

“Besides the clip to button my breeches closed breaking very easily on both pairs I have by them, I’m disappointed in customer service over Black Friday. I placed and order and it went through. Somehow it got messed up and it didn’t go through in their end, instead of making it right they basically said “guess you aren’t wearing AD””

We deeply apologise that you have had a faulty product with us, I can see from the order history that we had replaced your breeches when you had contacted us with an issue. With regards to your black Friday attempted purchase, I am so sorry to hear that your order had failed, this may be the case that your bank had not allowed the payment or that the order had not completed, but there shouldn't be a reason as to why it would fail on our side, but I will definitely report your issues. I can see from your email correspondence that you really wanted to get another pair of our breeches and I am really sorry that they had already sold out in your size. As I am sure you can appreciate that Black Friday is our biggest sale of the year and stock sells out really quickly. We do our best to assist every customer when they contact us and I am sorry that you were left disappointed with our customer service. Having reviewed the email trail, I feel like there has been a miscommunication - our team were expressing their disappointment that you would not be able to wear AD for your upcoming competition as we would have loved you to. We are genuinely upset that it has been interpreted differently to the way it was intended - we would never want any of our customers to feel like this and we are truly sorry. It would be great if you would allow us to get in touch should any of our white breeches become available in your size. “I was dissapointed in the quality and fit of the breeches. On the leg they are great, and I like the material but they sit SO low waisted on the front that I genuinely cannot wear them as my pants will be higher!”

“Cute in appearance but overpriced for poor quality. All their riding pants are made with material you would never want to sit in a saddle with and the grip strips don’t do anything but enhance the appearance. Bummed everything seems to run small and be of poor quality. Will only be buying their stuff used. Poor customer service”

“Wunderschöne Kleidung die sich toll anfühlt, allerdings steht der Kragen des Stretch Base Layer leider seitlich unangenehm ab und an dem Pulli, der Jake und der Jogginghose sind je die Abschlüsse der Bändel (Nadel) nach spätestens 3 Tagen abgefallen. Sehr schade für das Geld :(”

“I have had these leggings for less than one month and i have worn them twice. I have already noticed a whole in the crotch ! This is the second order I have from Aztec diamond and both have fallen apart after very few wears. I complained last time with no response, after a couple of years I thought they would be of a better quality but these seem even worse ! Less than impressed with the price I have paid As these products are not cheap!”

“Thank you for asking for a review. Your website, customer care and delivery are all excellent. However the quality of your leggings is not always good. The seams fray and split and there are better quality legging son the market at the same price brand ie Chillout”

“Expensive items, expensive overseas shipping. Lovely baselayer but dissapointed in the overall quality of the leggings, no phone pockets, no seat or knee grips.”

We would hate for anyone to be left disappointed in one of our products, so if you would like to discuss this further, please get in touch at info@aztecdiamondequestrian.com The leggings that you have ordered are from out SS18 collection that do feature a phone pocket with a zip fastening however, they do not include the knee grip system - this is not advertised for the SS18 collection of leggings but is on our new riding leggings which are featured online now. “This was my second command and for the second time the size was not correct (too big) for the legging or breeches even if I checked the size guide. Moreover the breeches are not really comfortable: too narrow at the bottom and too big at the top. I'm a bit disappointed regarding the price of the products. Nevertheless, I love the style of the brand and my base layer fit perfectly!”

“my leggings ripped after the first time wearing them and my denim breeches also ripped after about a year of hardly wearing them and when i appealed about them they shot me down and told me i had deliberately ripped them myself and were quite rude about it”

“Daughter loves your riding leggings and base layers for college but we literally had the stuff she needed in basket for less than a minute while we checked out in your sale and by the time we submitted payment the black leggings were out of stock !! At least give people chance to checkout... be nice if you put a time.limit on basket items of say 2 to 3 mins. Very disappointed”

“I so wanted these jodhpurs to be good having read the brand story in horse and hound. However, I unfortunately found them to be very poor quality, they are extremely thin, an odd fit and sadly after the first wear the seem started to fray.”

“I am not happy with the sizing, I chose size medium for all. I am a size 10 AU, the medium sports bra is to tight and the pants and the shirt are to big. The leggings are very unflattering and the shirt just way oversized 😔. Overall a disappointment when I have followed and admired your clothes for a long time and finally took the plunge during the sale to buy them without trying them on only to be let down.”

“I bought the riding leggings in XL navy. They are transparent in the back so much that the brand of underpants is visible. They were a gift for a friend who has already worn them, so they can't be returned. How very disappointing - I'm too cautious to buy a pair for myself.”
