“My partner and I were recommended AVRillo by Baker and Chase, our real estate agent in charge of selling our flat and we were absolutely thrilled by the Customer Service we received. Jessica Trim and Hazel Beal were in charge of our cases to sell the flat and purchase our new home, they were responding to all our queries almost every time within the hour if not less. Hazel would give us phone calls close to the exchange and completion to put us at ease and make sure it would all go smoothly and she was absolutely lovely and efficient. I had a terrible experience with my previous solicitors who were always unavailable and slow so it was quite the change. AVRillo even sent us a welcoming pack after our move, what else do you want? Thank you Jessica and Hazel!”

“My whole experience with AVRillo has been excellent! Carly my solicitor has been swift in her actions and personable and professional in all communications. Having never sold a property before I was a little nervous about various processes but Carly was amazing with her support and clarification throughout. The AVRillo website/app certainly made for a superb addition to the email communications providing an easily accessible and understandable platform to check the status of the whole selling journey. If I ever buy/sell again I will be heading for AVRillo!”

“Avrillo are most incredible company, people and lawyers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This is my second experience with Sarah Baker, Sman, Lena and the team now, and they always work wonders in super fast time. They really do live up to their reputation and always deliver. “The support we received from AVRillo in the sale and purchase of our property was second-to-none. In an industry that has a bad reputation for lack of communication, we were regularly and frequently provided with updates and information across the entire process - including updates even if it was just to say they did not have an answer or timeframe as yet. I was incredibly impressed with the online portal as well, which enabled me to see %readiness to exchange including all the steps in the process, as well as a chronological list of all communication. This kept the process smooth and transparent at all times. Thank you a hundred times over for your support and assistance, it was really fantastic and you are highly recommended,”

“We have used AVRillo twice now, to buy our first home and later to sell it. Both times we have had a fantastic experience. The team are professional, friendly and dedicated. Communication channels are open and easy to use including an online portal and call surgery facility. Despite challenges faced with our buyer's solicitors, Kerry was able to keep us informed throughout and went above and beyond to persevere with our sale and keep us reassured (no easy feat!). Would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely outstanding service! My solicitor and her colleagues made the whole experience easy and stress free for me. They were constantly in touch, advising me of what was going on, what the next steps would be and what I needed to do. Everything being online made it seem so much quicker, and more straight forward. I love the online portal, so exciting seeing another step complete, turn green! They have completed my sale super quick too! Avrillo have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend!”
