“Payment did not appear to go through and tried to call the company as specified on the internet. After 10 minutes of listening to the music I did realized that it was a 0330 number which customers pay for. However, nowhere was specified how much you pay per minute. When I asked the person who answered the phone how much the call costs she could not tell me and the manager did not know neither. They ask me if I wanted to be called back and I said yes. They called back after 10-15 minutes, asked for my name and they hanged up and never called again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE especially that I was not rude, just asked the question. I would not recommend to anyone this company. Cheap car insurance but obviously they make up the money by charging for the calls without making the customer aware of it.”
