“Customer service is terrible and patronising. Product Insufficiently packaged. Adhesive labels for number plate inadequate. (If your plates fall off you buy more from them I guess).”

“A revised order (as my original order omitted one item) placed on a Friday with Kim, ABD’s Customer Experience Manager. To my delight, the order arrived the following day, Saturday, completely fulfilled. Great people, superb product knowledge, a relaxed ordering process. Totally CUSTOMER CENTRIC !! Thank you”

“Used them before and was ok, on this occasion I purchased Led bulbs, on entering my reg number the site gives you a list of bulbs that will fit, but they don’t and women there refuses to pay postage, they clearly know nothing about bulbs, use Amazon no problem they simply refund no questions”

“Only sent one of a pair of wiper blades and won’t refund so I’m going to be stuck with an extra blade as I had to buy locally Avoid and buy from a shop, at least you’ll get what you actually need”

“Brilliant piece of kit, works flawlessly and re ignition is on point. 55w / 5000k is like day light. Fitted on the the side of headlights back side wall which is plastic so stickers work best. Stealth it is as you have to look closely to spot the ballast.”

“Amazing customer service, products purchased arrived well within time limit. When I was having difficulty choosing, I sent an email and I was delighted how fast they responded to me and gave me more than enough information about their products available and what sort of gains I'd find etc. They are definitely worth contacting and buying from. I keep giving repeat business as I wouldn't go anywhere else.. First class in every way ABD”

“Dreadful service. Sent only one blade, despite ordering/paying for two. Kept me waiting over a week for the second blade. Upon attempting to fit, I found both blades had the incorrect fitting, despite using their make/model selection tool. Won't be using these people again”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered a windscreen wiper but there was wrong picture uploaded to website and I have receive only 1 wiper instead of 2. They fixed the problem and sent out the other wiper for me for free of charge. Very fair trading and taking responsibility for their mistake. Happy to order again if I'll need even if it will cost double than before.”

“I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that one of the items was incorrect. However the correct part was sent return of post. The returns process was so simple to use. Excellant Customer Services. Will use ABD in future”

“Bulbs arrived very quickly but showed an error on the car's Can-bus system. ABD quickly responded to email and refunded cost without question. Very quick and efficient service. I'll definitely use them again.”

“I've ordered through Autobulbs several times now and as ever the customer service is second to none. Following problems with the delivery company not being able to find us. As soon as it was taken up by Autobulbs, they sent another package out immediately which arrived the next day and even upgraded the item as they didn't have the one I ordered in stock to send. Dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks again!”
