“I purchased many bulbs from autobeam one failed after many years, I thought paying a hefty £40 for 2 x 581 indicator bulbs they would last at least 10-15 years, Autobeam just said out of warranty a bit thoughtless for a customer that's sent a lot of money, I got 2 of eBay £3.99 free delivery every bit as good, save your cash, i wont shop Autobeam again”

It is absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age your customers cannot contact you via a phone number or email to ask urgent questions or make urgent yet simple ammendments to orders. Using FB Messenger and having to wait a day or two is not acceptable. We won't be purchasing from you again on this basis alone, regardless of the items purchased. Stop hiding behind keyboards and the decency and balls to talk to your customers.”

After 2 weeks still awaiting for my product,
Initially they had sent out the wrong bulb type for my vehicle....
After persistently messaging them on Facebook messenger (very professional) also the only way to contact them, They sent out my new bulbs
These supposedly were posted a week agoo from Scotland to London, I've had donkeys do that journey in less time....be prepared if there's anything wrong with your items....God help you as they won't. Waste of 300quid”
“Product failed within the two year warranty period but there is no way other than social media to contact them. I do not use social media. Their website does not allow returns outside the 30 day window even when the product is under warranty.”

While it is easy to leave a good review when things go to plan, the true measure of a company's Customer Service is when there is a problem. In this respect AutoBeam's service shined.
Unfortunately I experienced an issue which was not of AutoBeams making. While my order was processed and dispatched promptly, the order was never delivered. Following the requisite period, I escalated my concerns to AutoBeam's Customer Service via their FB page, and within 24hrs, they reverted and processed a full refund.
Fantastic customer focused service and excellent communications. Very reassuring and I am looking forward to ordering again.”
