Really appreciate the reply and 5 star review, thank you. As for the invoice, we don't send paper copies but a PDF and email invoice are automatically sent at time of order, to the email address used. Please check your spam folder they often end up there. I have resent it again for your records. Thanks again

“Parts ordering was very simple Email confirmation sent very quickly as was notice of dispatch. Ufortunately due to Bank Holiday the delivery took longer than expected but was not the fault of AirCon Parts. the unit has not yet been fitted so I cannot comment on that. All in all I am very pleased with the service”
