Great product and the additional air freshener in my parcel is a nice touch. But delivery was expensive and the box they came in was unnecessary large.

Pleased with all the products I purchased but did spend over 50pounds but did not recieve my free gift promotion as the item was out of stock surely I should have been offered an alternative free gift in that situation

Hi Roger. Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I have had a look into this for you and I can see that you have not added the free Laundry Bag to your order from the pop up box at checkout. Unfortunately this is how to claim the Laundry Bag, by adding it to your basket from the pop up box ensures this item then shows on your packing slip. This way our packing team know to include it in your order. As you have not added this to your basket, this is why it was not included in your order. As your order has now been dispatched from us we are not able to add this to your order. Despatch was a bit slow, DA polisher instructions in broken English- clearly a cheap chinese import with Auto Finesse stickers slapped on it. Even the stickers are I'll fitting and a bit cheap looking

Product was good, but paid 3.99 delivery and had to wait 6 days for it to arrive causing me a lot of hassle.

As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full shipping time frame to ship/deliver the order. Due to the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances in our warehouse, some orders were taking up to 6 working days, unfortunately this is due to issues out of our control. I ordered at Xmas time which is a busy period for a big company.The dispatch time was slow.Of my 5 orders 2 arrived with missing items or wrong items sent. Customer service doesn't get back very quickly.I've always used Auto Finesse but this experience has changed my mind and I will be going to a different supplier from now on. Shame as their products are good but the delivery time and customer service is brilliant.

Receiving good and bad feedback is really helpful to us because when we look at how we can improve our products and service we can take these comments into consideration. I have forwarded your comments onto our managing director and added it onto our customer feedback system. Regarding the long delivery times, as I hope you can appreciate, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full shipping time frame to ship/deliver the order. All of our emails are answered in chronological order therefore it can take a day to get back to your reply. We currently have our clearance sale running therefore have a very high number of emails and it can take a little longer to get back to our customers. For urgent enquiries we do however have alternative options for contacting us, such as our phone line which is open 9am-5:30pm. Love the products but the delivery is slow. 2-3 working days turned into well over a week. I wouldn't mind but you pay for shipping so I would expect a timely service. Second time this has happened so considering other brands now.

Package was late and logistics handler left package outside front door without informing myself or a member of the household of arrival. Otherthan that, goods are quality.

Ordered items 31/12/23 no up date till 10/1/24to say it had been shipped. Delivery date was supposed to be 13/01/24 but it didn't arrive until the 15/01/25. Emailed yourselves but got no reply. Advertised delivery said 5 to 7 days. Communication from yourselves non existent. Very poor delivery. Free delivery should not be offered if you cannot fulfill. Not ordered from you before and will not be ordering again.

The box of the ceramic kit was tiny, not what I expected! It's a gift for my husbands birthday, so hopefully he will appreciate it. The actual box the kit came in was bent & ripped, so not the best for gift presentation. I would have normally sent it back, but time restrictions meant I had to just tape it up. I can't comment on the products until they have been tried & tested. Another thing is that if you are buying for a gift, please be aware that the company logo is plastered all over the box, so my husband probably already knows what he has got. The pictures show the damage & scuffs on the box, & size of product in comparison to a toilet roll.

Hi Michelle. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the item you ordered. This certainly isn't how we want our customer to feel. On the odd occasion where the packaging does not meet our high standards we aim for, we have procedures in place to help get this sorted as quickly as possible for the customer. We have a service called a 'swap out', which we can arrange for any day convenient for yourself and can be arranged as quick as the following day. If you would like to go ahead and get this swapped over, please send the customer service an email and they can get this sorted immediately for you. With regards to our branded packaging, unbranded boxing is something we have been looking into offering as we totally understand that a branded box is sometimes inconvenient, but it's not something we have in place yet. Unfortunately all of our shipping boxes, tape and shipping labels are heavily branded with the Auto Finesse logo and address, this has been happening for the past few years now. If you did require an unbranded box in the future, please pop us an email as soon as the order has been placed and we will try to accommodate your needs. I can see that a member of our customer service team helped explain the difference between the two deals we were offering and cleared up the confusion. We had a section of 'buy one get one free' deals and a section for just discounted items. The discounted items are the ones you purchased, these were not part of the 'buy one get one free' items. Product is good as is the majority of Autofinesses products.. My only grudge is that delivery was on the slow side compared to other companies I have used …. Yes it was free delivery but so was others…

Hey Paul, Thanks for your review! We are bit confused with this review as we can see from your order than you did order a 1L bottle of Avalanche which is why we sent you a 1L bottle and not 2 500ml bottles. We do offer them in different sizes, so if you did want 2 bottles of the 500ml Avalanche, you would need to add 2 of these to your basket and not order the 1L bottle. I really like Auto Finesse products, but I recently purchased 5litres of ceramic foam for £59.99 and discovered that it is £47.99 with a popular motorfactor. I will not be purchasing from Auto Finesse website again. NOT HAPPY

Hi James. I am sorry to hear you are not happy, this certainly is not how we want our customers to feel. All of our UK resellers adhere to the same RRP as we do however they also are able to run their own promotions. It appears that the £47.99 price was the sale price and we did not have the same discount available at the time. I hope this clears things up for you.
