Fraudsters!!!!! Ordered 2 items in the sale as they were half price only received one so paid well over the top full price for the one even Halfords sell them cheaper and they rip people off. This is a disgrace from a company I thought you could trust. I have purchased several items from them in the past but this will be the last. I’ll be on to the credit card company asking for a full refund and a complaint. Always recommend their products but not any more. Disgraceful

Order came by DHL and products had leaked, couldn’t call so had to email products where sent again after some time. Not great service at all

After looking into this I can see that a member of our customer service team did replace the refused parcel as soon as we were notified, as well as providing you with a discount code for the inconvenience . Package arrived in an awful state and condition. The glisten product had leaked everywhere in the box causing everything to be covered in product, the microfibres to be useless and an empty bottle of glisten. Terrible delivery.

you charged me £ 4.95 express delivery at checkout after i clicked free checkout i said ok fine it will come next day but still didnt come for 3 days and product was complete rubbish i will never use you again .

I have ordered goods two weeks ago and still not received anything yet no answer from yourself and the parcel company has not replied

Was my first and last experience with Auto Finesse. My order was messed up due to website error. That caused me to not receive few important products. It would have been fair if my express shipping would have been compensated. After all, I reported the problem an hour after ordering and calling from a foreign country would have been expensive. Seems like the company cares more about money than the customers.

Ordered with my reward points and the delivery was free.. website refreshed and changed delivery to next day.. fine, cheaper than the product anyway. Turned up a week later.. what did I actually pay for???

Payed for next day delivery on the 23/04/20 and today it is 30/04/20 and still haven’t received my items! I have spent a lot of money with you and really do rate your products but am very disappointed with this.

I placed my order 13/04/2020 and then got an email on the following Sunday saying the package will arrive the next day (20/04/2020) which was great... until I waited all day for the package for it to never arrive. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with your customer service team but is proving impossible you’ve taken the money out of my bank, and your products aren’t cheap and I have no idea where my package is or weather I will ever even receive it. You were recommended to me by a friend for your good quality products but don’t think I’ll ever order from your company again

I ordered stuff on the 09/4/20 I still haven’t received that the delivery companies don’t know where it is. The last update on DHL parcel UK. Said it was delivered on the 21/4/20 at 9 o’clock at night which isn’t true And it’s very hard to contact Auto finesse

I placed an order on the 7th April and as of today (22nd April) I still haven't recieved the products. I have checked the tracking info a few times and it just keeps getting pushed out. To be fair Amy was back in contact with me when I qureied this directly, but still very disappointed that the product STILL haven't arrived.

The items was smashed up in the back of van so refused delivery and still haven't been told when I will receive them also increased my order to take advantage of offer but not sure whether I will get the extras now

After ordering 1 litre of aqua coat on 05/04/20 I am yet to receive the order (21/04/20). I understand that these are extremely challenging times for businesses and mail order products are expected to be delayed. However, taking into consideration free delivery is stated to be between 3-5 working days I find it astounding that I am yet to receive anything, not even an update/apology regarding the delay. For the sake of comparison, I also recently ordered items from a company in Germany, paid standard delivery, and received my parcel within 3 working days. I love using auto finesse products and have always been a big fan of the brand, recommending products to friends and family. Unfortunately, I think this order will be my last and I am unlikely to be speaking highly of the brand again any time soon.

Next day delivery paid for, so far 1 week no items, had postage cost back now want rest of my money back. First time I have used you direct and not good enough. Royal mails fault or not I paid you not them. Slow to respond to emails but find the time to post on Instagram all day.

I suffer from OCD ordered a deluxe Drying towel which arrived damaged told them and got reply ,still use will be ok.
