Very slow p&p… still waiting for delivery…..took over a week to be delivered by this time I was away.. so had to reschedule…said on website 5-7 days but delivery was 8 day….

Hi Wendy. Thank you for your feedback. As i hope you can understand, when we have a promotion or sale running we receive a higher number of orders than usual. Unfortunately this does mean orders will take the full 7 working days to be delivered. I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that your order was due for delivery on Tuesday 23rd August which would have been the 6th working day, within the expected delivery time. Due to the parcel being rescheduled by yourself on Tuesday 23rd August, it made the delivery later than expected. We do offer multiple shipping services incase the products are required sooner. We have the following shipping options available: 5-7 working days - Free 2-3 working days - £2.95 Next working day - £4.95 Saturday shipping - £4.95 If you need any assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the customer service team. -TEAM AF :)

I’ve had a look into your order for you and I can see that you selected the 5-7 working day service.  As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver the order. I can see that your order was delivered within the expected time frame on the 6th working day. Was left somewhat deflated, not with my order but a few days afterwards you announced a 50% sale reduction on many products Would it not of been to advise this on a newsletter beforehand of what was coming?

Hi Scott. We are sorry to hear that you have been left feeling deflated, this certainly is not how we want our customers to feel. We always try to do seasonal offers and promotions during peak times of the year however they will not be disclosed until the day they go live. We also do not disclose offers and promotions in the newsletter that is sent to customers however as soon as the promotion has gone live we will send an email to our newsletter subscribers first. I ordered just over £100 of products to take advantage of the free ‘crew bag’. Slight issue in applying the promo code, but customer services sorted it - thank you! My only gripe, I ordered the Foam Lance v2 and requested the Nilfisk fitting - that’s the pressure washer I have and that’s what the option was on the website. Turned out to be the wrong fitting - apparently it should be the Gerni fitting. customer services advised I had to return the Nilfisk fitting (at my own cost) and they would send out the Gerni fitting. I think there should be more notes on the options to prevent this in future, asking questions about the fitment type required. Disappointed I ended up having to pay the return postage for ordering what the website suggested, but overall satisfied with the experience.

Receiving feedback is really helpful to us because when we look at how we can improve our products and service we can take these comments into consideration. ​Within the description of the Foam Lance we mentioned that there is 10 different fitments available, covering most of the popular makes of pressure washers to ensure you get the right one for your machine. We have brands such as Karcher, Bosch and Black and Decker covered, as well as others. Simply choose the right connector for your machine and add to your basket. Although your branded machine may be listed, the connector needed for this machine may vary (For example the Bosch Aquatak pressure washer requires a Black & Decker attachment not a Bosch attachment). ​If the incorrect fitment was packed at dispatch we would exchange this at our own cost. If the customer has chosen the incorrect fitment in error this would need to be returned back to us at their earliest convenience. Once we receive the fitment back to us we then send out the correct fitment on a RoyalMail first class postal service to ensure that the correct fitment is with you ASAP. ​I hope this clears things up for you. I have been a customer of auto finesse for many years, I am a great fan of their cleaning products and waxes. What lets them down for me I bought a pump sprayer and after 5 months it broke, and I was told in quite a sarcastic way the product has only 4 months warranty. This needs to be made a lot clearer on your website.

Hi Bruce. Firstly I would like to say thank you for your continued support, it is much appreciated. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with your Pressure Sprayer. All of our products are sold with a 3-month warranty so any unreasonable fault that occurs we will always endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible.  As I hope you can appreciate general wear and tear is inevitable with any consumable product and unfortunately as the Pressure Sprayer was purchased over 3 months ago this exceeds the warranty length. On this occasion, we were unable to issue a replacement. As a gesture of goodwill, we are more than happy to provide a discount code for your next order. I ordered a polishing kit with pad for the handheld machine I previously ordered. Website was easy to use, placing an order was smooth. I can not comment on the actual products as I am yet to use them, I have however ordered products previously that have been 10/10. The only issue was that I paid for next day delivery with dpd, but I did not arrive next day it arrived the day after, this was a bit of a disappointment.

I paid the extra to get it there before I went on holiday for the 1-2 days an it took over a week to get there An I asked if I cud pay the extra to get the extra bag for free an now an im away on holiday no stuff an I’ve paid the extra an nothing still

The products are lovely and just what I wanted, however when they were delivered they appeared to have just been thrown together in a box. The packaging for some items was slightly damaged and dented and the Arch blaster brush had been squashed and scratched making it look second hand.

I only ever use AF products, however I have recently had a few problems. My detailing brush fell apart after two uses and was not replaced. The silk drying towel appears to mar paint and is no where near as good as my precious Xl deluxe.

Hi Matt! I am sorry to see that your Detailing Brush has a crack in the plastic. When placed in water the brush will soak up the water resulting in the the brush to swell, this may be the reason for the plastic cracking. However I can ensure you this will not effect the performance of the products, its purely there for decorative reasons. All of our products are sold with a 3 month warranty so any unreasonable fault that occurs we will always endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible. Unfortunately your Detailing Brush was purchased around a year ago this exceeds the warranty length. So with this being said we were unable to offer any replacement on this occasion. I can see a 20% discount code was provided to apologise for any frustration caused. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch. -TEAM AF :)

Snow foam very good nice thick layer, and the shampoo, the wheel cleaner probably needs to made up a bit stronger than suggested, needed a lot of work to get the wheels clean

Not impressed by the new pressure sprayer (robust) was defective after 10 seconds of spraying just water to test. That being said, decent enough communication from the team and I hope it gets exchanged on Saturday as stated by your team

I brought a £200 mystery box but was dissatisfied with what came , a lot of products that I would never of wanted plus mostly in 1 litre bottles so got less products to try also the 1litre bottles are bulky , I saw auto finesse lose a good opportunity to entice a customer to buy future products ……..I don’t think I got 1 product that was on the advertising picture

I bought a mystery box and some items were clearly used and returned then put into my order. I had a pressure sprayer that did not work but because i have had an issue with returning a faulty item previously, i havent bothered contacting auto finesse as it was a lot of hassle and was made to pay for a new part

I brought the £100 mystery box. I was a bit underwhelmed. Whilst i appreciate its a complete lottery. I did receive the Caramics interior kit - which at £35. bumps the exact box worth to £150. . But all caramics are on offer at the moment in Halfords , this same item is only £15 in halfords. The entire Caramics kit is £50. (from 100). Which i only noticed after my order. Its still nice to have the mystery box. This is my 2nd Mystery box, but going forward. I will prob just get specific items separately. . Theres usually an offer somewhere. But delivery was excellent. I'm still waiting on delivery from debenhams since mid dec ! :)

Hey Karl, Thank you for your review.😀 After having a look into this for you, we can see that your order was placed at 20:37pm on the 13th December. Your order was on a 5-10 working day shipping service, which means the expected delivery date of this parcel would have been on or before the 27th December and we can confirm that it was successfully delivered on the 24th. This is 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date. We managed to despatch your parcel on the 6th working day from the order being placed, giving it 4 working days to be delivered. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 10 working days to ship/deliver the order.
