I bought a Father’s Day gift and I took well over a week to dispatch, and due to the use of Royal Mail it meant it never arrived until way after Father’s Day. I know auto finesse are not to blame for the failings of Royal Mail, however their dispatch time is way too long and contributed to the failure to arrived before Father’s Day.

Good afternoon. I am really sorry to hear that your order arrived after the expected delivery date. I totally appreciate how frustrating this must have been. I have had a further look into this for you and I can see that your order was dispatched from us on the 6th working day on a next day service with Royal Mail. Meaning this should have been delivered on the 7th working day as per the service selected by you at checkout. Unfortunately on this occasion Royal Mail experienced some delays at their depot, meaning all parcels experienced an unexpected delay which was totally out of our control. Product quality is very good and works well. Delivery is very slow, so slow a snail could have delivered it quicker. I realise I chose the free delivery option but ten days is I bit too long

I heard about this company from a work colleague so I ordered a few things from them as I needed car shampoo anyway so thought I’d give them a try, ordered for next day delivery but never arrived so I got in touch and I was told it if it didn’t get delivery that they would resend with another courier and will be delivered Saturday, still never arrived. I eventually got my items on the following Monday, products are fantastic but to not get even a refund for paying next day delivery didn’t sit well with me

Order placed and upon arrival the Arch blaster brush was half flat. This was not from the way it was placed in the box,but from how it had been stored. Upon issuing a complaint the response from Autofinese was very poor. Shall consider other companies products in future.

Thank you so much Duncan for your Review. We have reviewed this issue and can see that the brush you received had been moulded within transit due to its bristles being super soft. They do tend to be easily moulded if anything is to lean on them or if it is sat a certain way however after you use the brush, it will return to its original shape. We do ask that when the Arch Blaster is stored, it should be stored on its back and not on the bristles to avoid any misshaping going forward. Placed a large order for various products, including the swirl killer kit, haven't had the chance to use everything yet, but feel the products I have used are on par with the other brand names. Its Auto Finesse branding that sets it apart. Also the website isn't a great experience, it's seem to be very slow in response.

Opted for free delivery so didn't expect the item in a flash, all good there but - packaging. Come on guys, these was a wheel brush, not 5 liters af cleaning product as the packaging might have suggested.

Hi Richard. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery time. I have had a look into this for you and i can see that your order was placed after 3PM on Tuesday 14th February with the free 5-7 working day shipping service. This means the first working day was Wednesday 15th February, please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days. As you can imagine, during promotional periods, such as the Valentines Day offer, we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver the order. In case the products are required sooner, we do have a 2-3 working day service, a next day service and a weekend service available for an additional cost. I can see that your parcel was delivered successfully on the 6th working day, being Wednesday 22nd February. Hi there some stuff was good we have bought lots of goods over the last year but one product is poor and don’t smell like apple the trim dressing apple no apple smell phoned up sent new bottle the same no smell I will know next time thought they might check but ?

Our Detailing Brush Trios feature scratch-less pure bristles and are safe to use on a wide range of surfaces, including paintwork. This also includes fuel caps, inner doors, weather strips, engine bays, interiors, wheel faces and callipers. If you have delicate and more sensitive areas on the vehicle, we would advise using our super soft Feather-tip brushes instead. The Feather-tip Brushes are best suited to tasks such as, dry dusting and deep cleaning piano black, carbon fibre and soft leather trim. Hi James. I have had a look into this for you and can see that your order was dispatched from us on Friday 25th November on the selected 48 hour Royal Mail service. A 48 hour Royal Mail service can take up to 3 working days however unfortunately due to ongoing strikes with Royal Mail, all parcels dispatched with Royal Mail are experiencing major delays due to the backlog of orders. We do have a note at checkout warning customers about the Royal Mail delays so an alternative courier can be selected for a guaranteed faster delivery. I have tracked your parcel and i can see it was successfully delivered on Saturday 3rd December. Hope this clears things up for you, and again i do apologise for any disappointment caused. No issues with product or services, however, delivery was a nightmare and not for the first time! Post Office are a joke, Auto Finesse, please try and find an alternative!

Royal Mail were striking on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th November, meaning your parcel was delivered on the next working day. I can see that your parcel was successfully delivered on Monday 28th November. I do apologise about the delay caused by the strikes. Hi Mark. I’ve had a look into this and I can see that you selected the 5-7 working day service at checkout.  As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get a lot more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship and deliver the order.  I can see that your order was delivered on the 4th working day by DHL. We have many different shipping options at checkout for customers that require a quicker delivery service. We offer a 2-3 working day service, a next working day service and a weekend service. I have never had any issues with auto finesse But this order one of the bottles leaked and it was half full The water melon snow foam

All of our products are sold with a 3 month warranty so any unreasonable fault that occurs we will always endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible.
