“As a very old pensioner my dealings with Audio emotion have been of a lower priced items. But I am working up to a major purchase .. My dealings have all worked perfectly . All purchases delivered on time and 100% as described by A,E. Payment caused no unexspected Fees. All as described in the advert. VERY HAPPY CUTOMER”

“Recently purchased an Eversolo DMP-A6 Master Edition from Audio Emotion and I must say that the whole experience was extremely pleasant and professional. Communication, via email a majority of the time and phone (to make payment), was excellent and handled very well. The delivery of the product was fitted into the time window discussed in advance. I will certainly be back for future Hi-Fi purchases.”

“Superfast delivery and well packaged Ordered 11.35 the morning before and delivered the following morning. Unfortunately the item I ordered was not a good match for my system (not Audio Emotion's fault - I did not consult them before purchase) and I needed to return it. My return request was met by a polite email agreeing to accept the return. When they received the returned item they issued an immediate refund. Really cannot fault them.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. My initial email enquiry received a prompt and helpful response. I even received a telephone call advising that the final item of my order would be arriving that day and asking if the proposed delivery day was convenient (it was).
