“I have a good local dealer who is now very much into surround sound and streaming and not so much into high class audio. My experience with A-E is first class and i would recomend them to anyone who appreciates service and knowledge of the equipt on sale. To be honest i have only purchased samall item from A-E but now i am looking to upgrade my system i will be looking at A-E as my first stop Pat.Rickwood”

“Took time to answer all my questions about the Eversolo A6 Master and no pressure to purchase. Ordered on a Wednesday, received on Thursday and px picked up the same day, so totally hassle free. I have an issue with the Eversolo not allowing access to my NAS drive and am waiting to see if there is a solution.”

“I originally went with Audio Emotion as their website said the solid steel stands I was after were in stock, it became apparent that this was incorrect, which was a bit disappointing. However Marion at Audio Emotion got on to the distributors and arranged for them to send them directly to me, so no delay in delivery. The stands are excellent, look fantastic and the customer service has been excellent so I can fully recommend this company”

“I emailed Audio Emotion enquiring about purchasing an Eversolo A8 and that I would be seeking to trade in some equipment to help meet the cost. I received a response in about 1 hour, I was happy with the trade-in offer, and I arranged to collect the Eversolo the following day. I was greeted the following morning by the team at the showroom and the deal was completed. I was asked if I also wanted to look in the showroom and demo any equipment they had; however, I declined as I may have been tempted to spend more money! Overall, an efficient and pleasant experience and I would recommend Audio Emotion to other audio enthusiasts.”

“Polite knowledgeable staff only to willing to help you make the right choice for you and your budget. Fast delivery and great after care if needed. I first purchased the Eversolo DMP A6 master Edition I did encounter a minor problem and it was replaced in a heartbeat. I now have made a second purchase from the store in the DMP A8 the big brother to the A6 ME very happy with the products and service. I will shop with them again (quite soon) recommend without hesitation a great experience.”
