“I purchased a pair of Quad Electrostatic speaks and was surprised at the quick response from Gary along with him responding with the answers to all my questions within a very short time. I purchased the speakers the same day which were then shipped as quickly as the shipper could get there. I highly recommend them as a source for your audio purchases.”

“Fantastic....I brought my dad's turntable and some of his records from canada to England as he passed away I was searching for a company for it to be repaired as there was no one in my area able to take it on as it really needed a specialist...I emailed audio emotion and explained what had happened and they gladly took it on...Gordon from the company(Edinburgh) emailed me regularly as he knew the turntable ment alot to me as I told him my story he sent my a video with it working and I was so greatful...having the turntable back feels like I've got part of my dad back and I'm so greatful all I can say is thank you so much”

When I experienced a problem with one of my purchases, they went above and beyond to sort it out, even though it was not their fault (special mention for Gordon). “Very good service ordered online at the weekend item sent swiftly, all perfect. Its an amazing unit for the price Eversolo A6 master edition, compares well to a similar Korean device at 3 times the price, not the same but a bargain for its performance. Better than expected and is a Gift as part of a simple system for my Daughter's House warming present.”
