“Should have given better information about this water park with regards to height restrictions”

“It was a hassle free sight seeing in Paris, we had no problems . Only challenge was to carry printed tickets and no option to have phone app. Also when I booked online in UK,' I never received any tickets and payment was gone. I had to call and explain that I haven''t received the tickets yet. they have a crude process of sending email attachments in this day and age. Please modernize your booking experience', learn from Airbnb.”

“'I put it my email address that I needed the tickets to be sent to however used a PayPal account and the tickets were then sent to that email address instead. This made us very stressed and extremely late to arrive at the park because I could not contact the support team until 10am Paris time (due to time difference) thankfully I had amazing customer service from one of your team members (sorry I don''t remember her name) and the tickets were then sent to the correct email address. '”
