Haven't received my order however item shows in stock on the website. Opened a request which remains to have had any update after 3 weeks, after getting in touch with the customer service manager very little care or consideration was shown.

Shocking ... just absolutely disgusted... to think I paid for next day delivery on a pair of demonia boots on the 17th December and I've still nit recieved them... I've sent endless emails n had nothing back... all I've asked is for these to tell that I am correct at the time of ordering my boots they were clearly in stock... I paid next day delivery which should of been the 18th I expected my boots .. but still til this day no boots... wen i went on toy account its states that yous are awaiting stock.. so then if that was the case then if them boits wernt even in stick in the first place then I shouldn't of been able to order then aswell as pay next day delivery ... to still not have any boots... I've just been in ya website and clearly there is a size 4 in stock as we speak.. so why is it still stating on my account that yous are till awaiting stick wen i havent that long been on the website and added a size 4 pair of demonia boots to my basket.. and then I get an alert from attitude clothing tellin me that theres items still in my basket 😬😬😬

I have not received the items I order on the 18th December. I have contacted them several times to ask for a delivery date and never received any response. Customer care is terrible!!!!

Very poor service. No communication at all unless a customer enquires. I was very much inconvenienced because my daughter did not get her Christmas present which I was misinformed that I would receive it in time. Refund took long as well. Your phone numbers do not work. Very frustrating. I will never ever come back to you. Neither will I recommend anyone.

I bought my things on the 28th December, paid £5.99 for same day dispatch. They weren't dispatched until the 3rd January and delivered today. Emailed twice, once through their website and once directly on the 2nd January (address was copy+pasted from a fb comment), with no reply. I check my spam daily as I get important things in there. I also got my confirmation email so I know it was the right email address. Didn't get a dispatch email/tracking number either. Not a happy bunny...

Very disappointed , was not told that my order was out of stock , it took for me to email you as the delivery date came and went , this was a Christmas present for my granddaughter , who was very disappointed when told that the order had not been delivered , will not be putting in any more orders with you .

I have not received my items so I cannot review the products, sadly. I tried to contact on 22nd December, not having received my two items (£28.27) ordered on 13th December (ref:267779), and was told there was a delay with the post but I should have received by now as if I look at my account order history it suggests it was dispatched on the 15th December. I’m very disappointed :(

12/12/20 Ordered and paid for a pair of boots (£100) which were in stock on their website and were to be a Christmas present. Delivery was 3-7 days, nothing arrived, impossible to get them on the phone so sent an email asking what’s happening...got a reply 6 days later saying sorry but the boots were out of stock and they'll notify me when they’re back in but they don’t know when that will be!!! I sent a reply nearly a week ago asking for an immediate refund and as of today, I still have not had a reply...absolutely disgusting service and aftercare from this company. Big present for my child never turned up because of this incompetence.

I am not impressed by returns policy- despite registering the return via my account 24 hours ago I am yet to receive an email with the returns slip or address label. I won't be using this website again
