“Doesn’t look like the one in the picture wood looks darker and seat cushions are wafer thin compared to the ones in the picture very misleading and now it’s cheaper online than original purchase price”

“After initially ordering and paying by debit card Abreo cancelled my order the next day and refunded my money which I hadn’t asked them to do. So I rang them and was told to reorder it so I went on their website and it was now out of stock! I checked their website everyday until it came back in stock 5 weeks later but advertised at a much higher price. I ordered it anyway as I believed it to be a quality furniture set which now cost me £749 instead of £699 but on arrival it was obvious that the cushions are cheap, not waterproof and uncomfortable after 15 minutes use as they flatten out easily when sat on. I rang to complain but was told this is the cushion set that comes with this set.....I’m not happy with this explanation, even if it cost me money to upgrade the cushions I would but haven’t been offered any solutions by Abreo”

“Delighted with our rattan furniture set. Took a week to be delivered. The cushions are thick and look durable. Took about two hours to assemble with only one screw being tricky to align. I’d definitely recommend this furniture company. Good price for a lovely piece of garden furniture.”

“I ordered the 9 piece brown rattan set with dark cushions on Saturday and it arrived just over a week later on the Monday. So delivery was fast and delivery guy was brilliant. Really good quality furniture, most other places are double the price. Really easy to assemble took an hour and 15 minutes to assemble it all. Very happy, just need some sunshine!!”

“We ordered the 7 seater corner set but were a little skeptical due to some of the poor reviews and there was hardly any stock left on website. But at the price advertised thought it worth the risk as it was at least half the price of other sets we had seen. Once purchased it stated we would receive a confirmation email and tracking info. This never happened. I contacted the company by email enquiring when we may expect delivery. I received an email in reply almost immediately stating it should be 3-5 days delivery from purchase. The following day the delivery company called and delivery was confirmed and completed the following day. Excellent service and communication. As for the furniture it has far exceeded Our expectations. It looks lovely, it’s solid, very comfortable and transformed our garden. Now as for the construction. There are a lot of M8 Allen key type screws that give the furniture it’s solid finish. I’m a carpenter and it took a long time with 2 of us to Build and that’s using my own tools such as ratchet spanner and angled ratchet Allen keys. Using the tools supplied I think it would have taken some considerable time. Better tools and this would have been a five star review. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”

“We received our Abrea rattan furniture this week, which was very prompt service from when we placed the order. All packages arrived in good condition and clearly labelled. Once we opened the boxes everything was there, nothing missing. We put the furniture set together with ease. We are very happy with our purchase.”

“lovely looking furniture. What a nightmare to put together. It came with about 200 Alan key screws and because you have to put the screw on the inside so you can’t see them that means the Alan key can only do half a turn. If it had normal screws I would of had this done in half an hour. You will need a lot of patience to build one of these sets.”

I received my garden furniture within a week of ordering such a good price great quality and looks absolutely gorgeous. 2 of my pillows arrived with small marks on them and I contacted them and they sent me 2 new ones straight away!
