“I spoke with Darren Clark and he was most helpful in talking to me regarding how to fix the tiles so that they were level with the other tiles and even offered me names of some tilers.”

“Absolutely terrible! Stay clear of this company! Firstly, you are charged for returns 30% and secondly, with the returned product, you're passed over to the make of the product you bought, to deal with the return - bad customer service!”

Thank you very much for the review and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Initially you wanted to return the product and we stated there would be a 20% re-stocking fee (instead of the usual 30%). You then replied saying that the product was damaged, therefore we have to pass this over the the supplier as they have a lifetime warrantee. Although the supplier has never seen the product be damaged in this way they collected FOC and we supplied a full refund without any restocking fee. Once returned we were notified that the two damages could only be caused by the installer/customer. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, The Atlas Team

“Very happy with my floor tiles from Atlas Ceramics. The customer service was great. Dan was really helpful, working out how many of each tile I needed and helping with the returns of unopened boxes. I would recommend them to others.”

“Helping us with our selection of tiles both internal and external for our building project. When the above and beyond to ensure delivery of outside porcelain tiles when the manufacture messed up the delivery. Big shout out to Fan and the team. I would definitely recommend them if you have any tiling needs.”

“I initially had a problem with an order I placed whereby the website showed my order as completed but in fact the tiles were not available for 3 months. However, since discovering the problem, Darren from the customer service team has have been super helpful at identifying another tile option that was available within the timeframe required and arranging a very fast delivery. Thank you Darren. My only reason for a 4 star review is because of the initial problem. The way it was resolved is 5 star.”

“Having contacted Atlas ceramics for help with a very small number of terracotta tiles to finish a project, they could not have been more helpful. Not just providing the tiles, but also arranging for a very quick delivery. This was much more than I was expecting for such a small order and has allowed the project to complete on time. This is excellent customer service.”

“We found Atlas Ceramics customer service excellent in the face of strikes/delays in Spain (out of their hands) and follow up and refunds at the end when we over ordered. Queries were dealt with promptly by Darren. All in all a good experience in trying times.”

“Atlas Ceramics have been fantastic, specifically Dan Woolley who was amazing and nothing was too much trouble at all. I needed some under wall heating for my cupboard to wetroom transformation and Dan handled all the queries, checked specifications and options with the Tech team and came back to me with solutions. Dan was extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Dan. We will be sure to come back on our next project.”

“Only required one replacement tile that covers the hole where the water tap is! They sorted this for me the last time and this time, although not in stock, went the extra mile to find the four remaining tiles available in the country! Customer service excellent, cannot be faulted!”
