“Great service. I had many admiring comments about the blue waitomo tiles in a new shower room and my daughter decided to use them in her house too. They look fabulous. I went to fetch a tiny number of extra tiles after an error adding wastage for a shower space by sq m instead of exact tile numbers. They phoned to check when I would collect and had them ready. I felt a real idiot but they handed over a carefully wrapped pile of 6 tiles without making me feel any more daft than I already did!”

“On this order, we needed just a small additional quantity of tiles for filling in following on from our main large quantity purchase. I thought it might be too small an order for Atlas Ceramics, but it wasn't. Tiles were shipped and unfortunately damaged by the couriers in transit - so returned by them. Atlas called me to say the problem had occurred and they shipped replacements which then arrived very promptly. Excellent!”

“The customer service provided by Atlas (Dan is the name of the person i dealt with) was completely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me get my bathroom finished by Christmas, by allowing us to change a tile that we had already had delivered for a smaller size. The stress that this was causing horrible, as we were having to go to family and friends to shower and wash the baby and had been let down by a tiler, but Dan and Atlas did everything they could to help and get things sorted. I couldn't recommend Atlas enough for the quality of product but also the service. Thank you so much.”

“Atlas Ceramics where brilliant. I needed tiles which were out of stock for a job that had already started and they kept me informed at all times on their expected arrival, as well as ensured I got them quickly once back in stock. Tom was so helpful and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend both in terms of customer service and quality.”
