Thank you for leaving your feedback and we apologise that some items were damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we are heavily reliant on safe handling from our courier’s and the nature of the goods are very fragile during transportation. On this occasion we were not notified of any damages. “Went the extra mile for us. Twice clumsy couriers caused breakage, but quickly sent replacements, 2nd time very well wrapped and used alternative courier. Thanks to all staff we dealt with, especially Dan”

“The customer service you get at Atlas Ceramics is amazing! Tom was absolutely FAB!! He helped me out with getting the tiles delivered ASAP and everything was done so efficiently - I couldnt be happier. The tiles are gorgeous so I would definitely recommend Atlas Ceramics”

“Tom was really helpful in my order through each step he went above and beyond. We had some challenges with the tiles not being suitable for my bathroom wall and Tom was very understanding and helped get me a refund which saved me a lot of worry. I absolutely love the Bangor Black bathroom tiles which we did install. I would recommend this company highly”
